Honestly zd toys always nails it with their packaging and their figures are absolutely stunning too. Especially for their price. Thanks for the review, justin
Oh. In spite of that limited articulation, he looks super cool. I'm a vanilla poser so he suits my needs just fine. I just might get him at some point.
What would be cool (I think) would be if a company made Venom from the Spider-Man (2000) video game. It'd be hard to imitate the 3D modeling, but it'd be awesome if they managed to do so. If they make one, it should be big, posable, and fun; it should have electronics (like a talking feature and a glow feature for the teleportation ability), a spring-loaded waist swivel for punching, and include some accessories (like some strings of web, some oozing effects, extended arms, and the symbiote trap he forms out of his hands). Speaking of which, I love Venom's portrayal in the Spider-Man (2000) video game; he is so hilarious and awesome at the same time.
I'm so glad you reviewed this unfortunately 2 many issue here for me. Also will you ever review the migu m.w culture 1/7 iron man mk85/50 or 1/9 scale venom (hes massive) they look really good for the price and would love to see your take on them. As always thank for the premium content you have provided me through the years!
Agreed it looks like Ultimate Venom from the Video Game but this should have just been a statue. The lack of articulation just makes it a mess and that's a shame as the front looks really good. I'd be all over this if they made one with real articulation. Clearly though it would require sculpting so parts don't look weird. The figure is a thumbs down from me. Across the board, if you have peg holes and the character isn't a bird, provide caps for the back.
Looks like ZD Toys based the look from movie Venom moreso than the comic Venom. Makes me wonder if they even opened uo one comic book for this guy. The shape of the tendrils and even the huge blade looking one is from the movie. The feet are supposed to be shoe shaped, not toe. Toe shape is from the movie. Plus the spider logo is supposed to extend to Venom’s back and there should be another big logo on his back. Plus no white squares on his wrists! I would have gone for some nice webbing sculpts rather than those tendrils and those awful peg holes on his back. This figure is also basically a maquette. Zero torso articulation on a premium action figure, plus zero head articulation for such a dynamically moving character? Big strikes for ZD Toys, but great, thorough review, Justin!
Yeah you're not being too harsh. I really don't like this one. Although Eddie Brock Venom is my favorite Marvel character of all time. He doesn't have too many figures, but the Mafex is by far my favorite
So I got a question. Apparently this brand is called ZD Toys, but in some websites I see it called ZT Toys. Are they the same or is ZT Toys some knockoff?
@@JustinsCollection Iam not really into posable figures since some of them are way too expensive.....Iam just looking around for some cool figs to add into my model kit collection......I can't just pick HAHAHAHA
The teeth are poorly sculpted and painted for an adult collectible. Not my cup of tea. I know it is an small scale but even unlicensed Dinosaur toy companies in 1/35 scale can do it way better.
"Venom, Venom, I wear denim" ~Eminem I think this could do a pretty good job at blending in with one's Marvel Legends collection (it reminds me a lot of the Monster Venom build a figure), since Venom's been portrayed as pretty goddamn big in the comics every now and again. Just a shame about the lack of an ab joint or a diaphragm joint.
I used to remember they always made very weird figures like the thanos and iron man but they nailed it with this venom. Looks so good.
Nice!
Honestly zd toys always nails it with their packaging and their figures are absolutely stunning too. Especially for their price. Thanks for the review, justin
Fair!
They overdone venom here and i love it
Agreed
I can only think of two words to describe this figure, Justin. Missed opportunity. As always, thanks for your honest review.
Agreed
The box is fire
Agreed!

Thx for the unboxing and review!

My pleasure!
Right on time! I was considering buying this and the mark 7 just now!

My pleasure! I may, yes
Always a great review!
Thanks again!
I absolutely love the proportions on this Venom, it’s very Marvel Vs Capcom, just a shame that it doesn’t have any neck, torso or bicep articulation.
Nice

It does for sure! It’s pretty close to being a statue but has all the downsides of a poorly designed figure
They didn’t even continue the Spider logo onto the back… there was some potential, but ultimately this Venom just simply isn’t it
Yep because of all the stupid holes
2nd and sick box
Noice!
Damn zd toys should have made RIOT SYMBIOTE too but in comic color since he is the antoganist of the first venom movie
That would be cool

Could be! It’s funky for sure

Thank you!
zd toys figures look great, but how they feel and play is a different story, like their ironman figures can't even do his most iconic landing pose
Yeah
And thats why its so affordable, their iron man figures are awesome but other than those i dont think so
Fair
Love from Malaysia fan
Thank you so much!
Hyped for spider-man 2 ps5 venom
Nice!
Nice video
Thanks!
Oh i will buy it the price also cheaps!
Cool!
Thinking on how does it scale with threezero iron spider. Thinking if zd venom or marvel legends venom
Might be ok
@ thanks man. Will buy this venom
Keep it up
Always!
Yo thanks for the company
Which?
I didn't know you had Marvel Legends
Yep!
Yeah, Marvel Select and Mafex versions are still the best Venom figures
Nice!
Cool 📼
Thanks!
😮😮😮
Yeah
do you know if the arms come off? I can't seem to figure out how to pop them off the body
Not sure!
Hi love it
Hey, thanks!
Can the tentacles be bended ? Or is the heat treatment is the only thing to bend it ?
Nope

Fair
Got if for $10 & Customizing to fix the issues..

Looks like an oversized legends fig. Hard pass. Thx for the review 👍🏼
It does!
So I got a question. Apparently this brand is called ZD Toys, but in some websites I see it called ZT Toys. Are they the same or is ZT Toys some knockoff?
Oh ZD is the offical
@@JustinsCollection so ZT Toys is a knockoff? Or did the website just get the name wrong?
@@zentaya999zt is also the real one just a mispell
Is it really worth it for 23 dollars? It looks cool
Depends if you like it

Did you review carnage
Yep!
I clicked on the link and it said it's just us22, what's up with that? 🤔
It’s cheap
Why would you ever do a neck joint like that?
No idea
Kinda looks like someone put expensive joint engineering into a playmates toy. Basically the same plastic too
Lol

Fair enough
Can you review the imagination Works Luffy figure
Maybe!
Better off to just get Marvel Select Venom instead.
Agreed
too bad they didn't make the tendrils as flexible as the tongue
Agreed
Can I ask if this is a genuine figure?
Yes lol
Im first 12 second
Nice!
"going over articulation" or lack thereof
Legit
Do chainsaw man
