This is what the fuck I'm talking about right here. This is the true spirit of hip hop and bboying. Notice how both sides cheered for each other when the opposing team did a sick move? In the end it's not about which team wins the battle, it's about coming together as a community and collectively celebrating this divine gift to humanity called hip hop. This battle truly shows that hip hop creates peace and unites people under a common flag.
@Julienrewind you obviously don't know actual real jerking, it was popularized in a negative way but you shouldn't say that the dislikers of this vid are jerkers. make it like bieber fans or something. I'm not a jerker I just think it's dumb of you to say people that don't like bboying are jerkers.
One of the most friendliest matches ive eva seen this is sweet...this is how the bboy attitude is meant to be between friendly matches! a perfect example!
this is not actually the dream team for japan they just called it that name these bboys appeared on the show Super Chample a few times so they picked them to battle Gamblerz
From what i know and read about in bboytyproductions channel in youtube (bboyty knows noodle and flex) and from what he said - darkness got kicked for not letting the gamblerz enter in competitions and he spent loads of money in fancy cameras... thats all i know i that
Integrating hip hop and creating hip hop are two different things. Not saying Japan did the latter, but just putting it out there. The same guy who made peanut butter didn't make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches--you get what I'm saying?
Not that it matters, cuz both crews have crazy talent, but are the Korean bboys a lot taller than all the Japanese bboys, or is it just the camera angle? Could a taller bboy pull off that backflip to airchair? I wouldn't think it'd be possible without breaking something. I'm 6'2"/195lbs. and I wouldn't even consider trying to land on one arm. Just wondering if size and weight classes would ever be considered in battles...
im sorry but if i saw that backflip to airchair in real life i would've seriously been all out there on the floor screamin cuz thas the sickest move i've seen...even though the end's elbow airflare to airchair is up there with it. i wish they had more competitive matches like this all the time.. gamblers should have their own lil competitions at their gym and call it the gambler slumber party or somethin..
knight25812... I learned to c walk about 2 years ago. after 2-3 months I could do lot of things... but its all about how to dance with your legs. and yeah, its too easy. I decided to go to practice break dance. i still think that i need at least 3-4 or more years to be pro. its not easy u should trust me! ;) just try it...
Lol pause it at 4:55 and look at bruce lees face. That's when you know you had a hot set! LOL! GJ both teams though that was an insane battle. I don't even care who won that was just a raw cypher i don't get why people get so hung up on who won. they all had tight shit!!
yes they did they got booed hard, but it really was half and half, a lot of folks agreed with the judges too, they weren't as audible though. I had a front row seat to that battle, and gamblers could've won, but they crashed every routine, zulu's didn't, and they had more musicality.
@jongsong86 R u serious... your the one who made mistake.. take it!! you would know that Bruce Lee dosent do crickets or jackhammers in is sets along with one handed planches either.... And really as if you cant tell by their faces?!!
don't even think that Dream Team Japan can rival Gamblers. you're like Syuhei recked in power moves... watch what BBoy pop did. Bruce Lee did. air chair to windmill to air chair. air chair bounce etc. learn about power moves b4 ya say somethin noob,
Ohh Right Coz Some one in a video said that B-Boy physixs was it the gammberlers and I Thought That might have been Physixs coz B-Boy Noodle did Darkhammers In that vid And Yer backflip to airchair !..... Thats fucking great that is xD
yea they didn't have katsu or taisuke or a load of other nice japanese bboys. this team was good, but they could certainly make a better one, but yea if korea actually made a dream team (not project seoul) then they'd be pretty hard to beat
When ppl say airchair sometimes they inlude side chair so it doesnt matter. but if u wanna get technical then it was backflip to sidechair cuz his arm was in his side and not his back. but its still dope regardless of the name
lol i dont mean to dog on japan cause i like alot of bboys from there, but to be hounest japans dream team cant even get close to standing up to only on of koreras crews! hhhmmm wat would be the perfect korea dream team...
he's orginally from all area crew which is in japan and he lives in japan so i would consider him japanese. zulu kings is world wide. born is also on zulu kings but he certainly wouldn't rep america at a competition
If you like this, check out international events like BOTY AKA BATTLE OF THE YEAR, uk bboy championships, IBE aka international breakdance event, redbull bc one
Uh no, Japan waxed Korea in this battle. Gamblerz did what they always do. Way too predictable. Japan is killing shit on thebboy scene these days, you need to expand your horizons homeboy.
guys guys guys this isn't a "real" battle. Gamblerz had just opened their new studio and they held a party and invited dream team over and this friendly battle just happened.
DAYYUUMM!!!! When "The End" comes out, goes STRAIGHT into tht one arm air track! sshheeiitt! haha X] and THEN: Flare, AirFlare, 2k....flare, AirFlare, 2k.....SIDECHAIR...F T W O.O"
@lilaznchump The song that Bruce Lee was headspiining to was Treat Me Right by Chubb Rock. THe First song Im not absoluety positive on the name but its an Eric B. and Rakim song.
Dope battle, respect to both crews but I think gamblerz took that one, but thats just my opinion. Also, first song is Juice by Eric B and Rakim for anyone who wanted to know
Japan get plenty of credit, BOTY 2000, 2001, 2005 and 2007 have they come 2nd. And also, did see Tombstone mills for Japan? Sick! But the Backflip to Airchair was just plain incredible...
are u saying the end of the video or are u saying that the last bboy was "the end"?if u that that the last boy was "the end". it wasnt "the end"..thats kimuataku from the dream team japan
yeah i agree... kimutaku's backflip to armchair is super sick... i guess dream team japan showed gambler they can't chillax and stick with their tricks... props to kimutaku!
lol! is it just me or did that guy try to do a flare but crash at 00:47 xD hes still damn pro but i think that was kinda funny. esp the short silence which came after that
dammn gooooooood battle. fuckin backflip to airchair.... still korean bboys are the best! just need laser to come back and smoke the japanese bboys at headspins!!!!
asain bboy's danc epersonality reminds me of little kids. high engery, lots of big moves and biting, very little style. stil AMAZING, just sayin. power heads.
why does everybody gotta be hating and correcting? just say fucking dope shit from both crews. but i remember first watching this vid i was going insane x]
Gamblerz lost because Dream Team Japan is the top bboys gathered in a crew.Don't be calling Korea Losers If you can't even beat them. Mooremess is WACK!
HAHA! LMFAO yugioh! yea and i beat gamblerz crew single handed after a week of bboying! HA! dude stop posting stupid comments. ur making urself look bad.
wow thats a nasty battle, i was just watchin it over n over lol... n that damn backflip into a chair was fuckin ridiculous, what the name of that bboy???

this is not actually the dream team for japan
they just called it that name
these bboys appeared on the show Super Chample a few times so they picked them to battle Gamblerz
even though sick was 1 of the newer gen they put him in gambler not bust gambler
I believe hes the oldest in the crew
and bruce lee is the leader
it was a friendly battle so it didnt matter
gamblers called acouple bboys from japan cause they were having a party in their new studio
From what i know and read about in bboytyproductions channel in youtube (bboyty knows noodle and flex) and from what he said - darkness got kicked for not letting the gamblerz enter in competitions and he spent loads of money in fancy cameras... thats all i know i that
nobody won
This was the opening of gamblerz new studio and they invited japan to battle and it was televised on Super Chample

holy shit kimitaku does backflip into airchair.
Dam Japan's bboys looks super short compared to gamblerz

im just sayin they look awfully short, its not bad or anything they must have started breakin early is all.. hey, im a shorty too, so i can relate kk
Uh no, Japan waxed Korea in this battle. Gamblerz did what they always do. Way too predictable. Japan is killing shit on thebboy scene these days, you need to expand your horizons homeboy.
never said the end doesnt got clean elbow tracks just said punisher does the best "1 handed airtrack"
guys guys guys this isn't a "real" battle. Gamblerz had just opened their new studio and they held a party and invited dream team over and this friendly battle just happened.

but i remember first watching this vid i was going insane x]
I like the Gamblers but Dream Team wowed me!
but the Gamblers have more team work
Dream Team were just too much powerfull...
that was so hot, i like gamblerz more, i thought they was more on beat. but the japanese are short compare to the koreans o.o
7 people missed the like button lol
That was so nasty, Japan and Korea are just so sick with it. Move of the battle was the backflip to the airchair
HA! dude stop posting stupid comments. ur making urself look bad.
wow thats a nasty battle, i was just watchin it over n over lol... n that damn backflip into a chair was fuckin ridiculous, what the name of that bboy???
dream team is mostly power moves. all their members are pretty much generic. gamblerz have more variety because they're picky with their members
Hmm don't think it was by chance. These are some of the most common break beats around so pretty much any of these guys could kill the beat.
haha proz holy moly ...... By those ppl below scolding the 4 letter words , drink a glass of water and get a grip. In other words get some life
god... bboying is just going on a higher level now... backflip to airchair... & those head to airchairs were na$ty!
@HeyPoi
Well im not in koreas ass everyday like everyone here.
ive been checking out amrican bboys, im tired of all this power move shit.
gamblerz look loke giants compared to the dream team japan lol...im not hatin that back flip airchair was sick!!!
haha yah he fell trying to do jackhammers after headspin...it would have been so sick if he didnt fall tho lol
all japanese bboys in this battle look like dwarfs compared to koreans lol XD
btw, japanes bboys are so fast
hellz yeaa this thingg is hella sikk.
dayumm dope* for realz.
oh mayunn the battle is prettyy gangsterrr ;]
Japan are SICK!!! they dont get enough credit in the bboy scene man, but they are sick!!!! holy crap!
Japan took this one for SURE
drifterz r ok,not what they used to be they used to be really good, but dot get me wrong they still ok,i really like rivers crew tho
@jamminjake117 LOL, not every asian bboys are power heads you know.. unless thats not what youre trying to say, then im sorry.
thats 549 people that are in awe and respect this incredible display of hiphop, and thats 7 people too jealous to understand
holy hell, bboying has evoled into a monstrosity, excuse me while i go play catch-up, i got a lot of work to do at the gym...
haha i have to say that though both teams did really good, because Gamblerz had routines going on they won the battle
Both are gooooood. :D
Although.. I preferred Gamblers over DTJ even though I'm part Japanese. Its ok. Asian pride!
I hurt my knecap doing a lotas walk on concret with no knepads and when i saw sick do that move it made me shiver...
2022 still love this vid
he isn't with the crew anymore. he left and made a new crew with some bboys who were in gamblers back in the day.
after kimutaku did that one backflip to sidechair set...the battle waas OVERRR
lol
he killed it
@Cwalkerkenji snake frm TIP sick frm gamblerz he moved from expression crew they got pretty different styles
Man, I didn't realize how short/small kimutaku and the other japanese bboys were compared to the gamblerz guys.
Ah. Alright.
I don't know if I agree about the rest of that. But if it was 50/50, alright.
Bboy D.O. is the main powermove bboy on Rivers Crew. He's now Bboy M.O.B.
His 90's own. Man.
haha teppei messed up at the beginning because his foot pads got caught on the ground. but great recovery
The sickest group was definitely Gamblerz but Team Japan gave their all. But The End's set was the sickest
6:54 - 7:18...... the dude hedspin to elbowspin... the crickets like 1 feet in the air.... WTF MAN SO CRAZY
i think green shirt was Bruce Lee and yellow shirt was The End.
im not sure though.
correct me if im wrong
at 4:10 i dont think its bboi pop haha... thats darkness, i can tell by his signature move
Holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit holy shit
i don't know who win, both team are good
i don't know who the winner or the loser
but i said it a draw
@HeyPoi
lmao not that, like.. idk
when i see koreans i see airtracks, chair flares all that tech stuff.
Probably the hottest battle I have ever seen! I didn't see any losers but I definitely saw 2 winners!
not it wasnt the koreans that were silenced. They just turned off the music thats why it was silent lol
i swear i sayed all the cuss words in the english language while watching this video...
hahahaha. i know. japanese bboys are all hella fast cuz their arms and legs are like 5 inches long.
In the japan team it's like each time it's reminding Eagle? Darkness? Jun? etc
hahaha
i know what you mean bro. is it darkness at 4:17 with that crazy power-chain? that's fuckin nuts.
of course sick isnt the leader... sick is part of the newer generation for gamblers what the hell?
@johnnyjigsaw2091
if you really want them, someone posted them like 38946287346 pages ago lol.
Its sick but i didnt like the airflare spamming they broke one of the ten commandments of bboy
Great battle, too bad japan needs a dream team to face a great team in korea... jus sayin.. ;D
they didnt hide lol its just some of the best bboys in japan in one team dude ;)
i've never used the words "wow" and "impossible" so much while watching a bboy video.
some of the best moves ever.
lol japan never wins
the first song is called
dont sweat the technique by eric b and rakim
OMG bruce lee just beat aichi in arm spins say it isnt so aichi. props to bruce lee for that
holy shit..
back flip to airchair
the very end haha\i never knew bboy sick was on gamblerz
wow this vid was way better than the other version, they cut so much out in the other version
I assume the koreans are the tall ones and the japanese are those ones with the gold mohawks
