Slow down with me | Talking about my thoughts

Sometimes we need those rainy days to help us remember that it's good to slow down and take it easy when you can.
In the midst of a lot of rush and the general feeling that there is always something I should be doing, it can be really hard to sit still and just BE. I've been becoming more aware of when I feel overhelmed or anxious, and have been trying to actively think of ways to help myself, and of course- getting out into nature and grounding into my body are usually the things that help the best.
I hope you enjoy my little chats in this video, about how much I love the sky, and a few random thoughts that popped into my head. Don't forget to laugh at my awesome jokes too (but if you don't feel a smile on your face, it's no problem because I'll laugh for both of us).

Anyhowww, I hope you also find ways to come back to centre and remember that life isn't meant to be a big race or a big whirlwind of craziness. You are very much allowed to take some deep breaths and slow down. You've got this :)
