They establish churches at the malls or marketplace because people going there has a money. a lot of money needed in renting that places. They has a huge churches, tv network, cars or even a jet plane my God is that what's God wanted to a so called man of God. Their eyes never get full because of desiring what others has. Always the opening of the service tithes would come first to announce and with the support of scriptures and verses just like threatening the listener to give. Contextually, Malachi was for Israel and not for the gentiles. Israel were UNDER THE OLD COVENANT while we Christians today were saved by GRACE and WE DO NOT HAVE the LAW just like the Israel. Giving to the LORD is not an issue to those who love GOD. The issue is not the giving but the condition of the heart. I was once blind, giving tithes before was also an issue to me, i started with the wrong motive, but when i practiced it and asked the holy spirit to guide us, HE first fixed my heart,. Giving to the LORD is an act of obedience, trust and LOVE! We cannot Love without giving.

What are Tithes? According to Wikipedia, a tithe is a one-tenth part of something, paid as a contribution to a religious organization or compulsory tax to government. Today, tithes are normally voluntary and paid in cash or cheques or more recently via online giving, whereas historically tithes were required and paid in kind, such as agricultural produce. Really? Let us take a look in the bible what are the Tithes. Deutronomy 14:22-27 14:22 ‘Every year you must take a tithe of all that your sowing yields on the land, 14:23 and in the presence of YHWH your Elohim, in the place he chooses to give his name a home, you are to eat the tithe of your corn, your wine and your oil and the first-born of your herd and flock; so shall you learn to fear YHWH your Elohim always. 14:24 ‘If the road is too long for you, if you cannot bring your tithe because the place in which YHWH chooses to make a home for his name is too far, when YHWH your Elohim has blessed you, 14:25 you must turn your tithe into money, and with the money clasped in your hand you must go to the place chosen by YHWH; 14:26 there you may spend the money on whatever you like, oxen, sheep, wine, strong drink, anything your heart desires. You are to eat there in the presence of YHWH your Elohim and rejoice, you and your household. 14:27 Do not neglect the Levite who lives in your towns, since he has no share or inheritance with you. Tithes are law that should everyone obey. The essence of tithes is adhering to the law. Alahayam is looking in your heart if you are obedient to his law. He is not after for your tithes but he is looking if you are submissive to his law. Obedience is the essence of this law. Please take a look in the scriptures in the book of Malachi 3:10 “Bring the full tithes and dues to the storehouse so that there may be food in my house, and then see if I do not open the floodgates of heaven for you and pour out blessing for you in abundance.” Did you see what the scriptures says. Obey his commandments and he will bless you. My ever-dearest friends, covenant is the key to all of this. It is sad that some of the church leader take advantage to this law, they did not teach the true essence of this law. Take look again to Deutronomy 14:22-27, tithe is the tenth percent of your sowing crops not money. And this tenth percent will bring to the place where our Alahayam choose and to eat it. And when your tithe cannot bring because your house is too far where the place our Alahayam chooses, turn your tithe to money and when you arrive to the place where our Alahayam choose, spend it, buy whatever you like and bring it to the place where our Alahayam chooses and eat it. See tithe is food not money. No wonder why so many church leaders are preaching tithes for their personal gain. I didn’t read any passage in the bible telling to give your money to the leader of church. Remember this, tithe is a law that should be obeyed. Obey his laws and he will bless you. Obedience is the essence of this law. Covenant is the answer of all of this. No religion can save you. Read your bible and do not rely on what you church leader says. Know your origin. Know you are. Ang pagbigay ng tithes ay utos ng Diyos, dapat ibigay natin ng buong buo ang tithes sa church kasi kay Lord yon hindi po sa atin. Pag di natin ibigay yong 1 tenth ng income natin ay ninanakawan natin ang Diyos, yan po ang pagkaintindi ko po. Noo'y madalas na ako magbigay ng offering. Ngayon ginawa ko nang tithes. Iniisip ko na maliit lang yang 10% ko na binigay kaysa mga binigay nya sakin. Utang ko ang buhay ko sa kanya☝️. Ang 10 % ay nagsasauli pa lang po tayo ng share ni Lord mula sa mga blessings Niya na ibinibigay sa atin,(Mal.3:9-11) hindi pa po tayo nagbibigay mula sa ating bulsa, at pag nagbigay po tayo ay yong itinakda ng ating puso. (2 Cor. 9:7 KJV)

Many pastor here and abroad gained riches because of tithes and donation. They establish churches at the malls or marketplace because people going there has a money. a lot of money needed in renting that places. They has a huge churches, tv network, cars or even a jet plane my God is that what's God wanted to a so called man of God. Their eyes never get full because of desiring what others has. Always the opening of the service tithes would come first to announce and with the support of scriptures and verses just like threatening the listener to give. As I've said I'm just a simple born again Christian
It is better to tell truth the listener what you need I'm sure they'll understand the situation instead of using God for the money.

Contextually, Malachi was for Israel and not for the gentiles.
Israel were UNDER THE OLD COVENANT while we Christians today were saved by GRACE and WE DO NOT HAVE the LAW just like the Israel.

If we (Christians today) GIVE, give according to 2Cor.9:7 and NOT according to the OLD COVENANT.

Differences in the old testament and new testament.
God commanded in the old testament to observe tithing (Malachi 3:10), circumcision (Genesis 17:10), sabbath day (Exodus 20:8-11), stoning to death (John 8:1-11).
Why some ministries teach the practice of tithing but not circumcision, sabbath day, and stoning to death? Why are they very choosy on what to teach? Why are they not consistent? Is it because only tithing involves money?
In the new testament:
>Jesus never sent anyone to death.
>Jesus heals on the sabbath
>Jesus never commanded his disciples to collect the tithes and offerings.

What are Tithes?
According to Wikipedia, a tithe is a one-tenth part of something, paid as a contribution to a religious organization or compulsory tax to government. Today, tithes are normally voluntary and paid in cash or cheques or more recently via online giving, whereas historically tithes were required and paid in kind, such as agricultural produce.
Really? Let us take a look in the bible what are the Tithes.
Deutronomy 14:22-27
14:22 ‘Every year you must take a tithe of all that your sowing yields on the land,
14:23 and in the presence of YHWH your Elohim, in the place he chooses to give his name a home, you are to eat the tithe of your corn, your wine and your oil and the first-born of your herd and flock; so shall you learn to fear YHWH your Elohim always.
14:24 ‘If the road is too long for you, if you cannot bring your tithe because the place in which YHWH chooses to make a home for his name is too far, when YHWH your Elohim has blessed you,
14:25 you must turn your tithe into money, and with the money clasped in your hand you must go to the place chosen by YHWH;
14:26 there you may spend the money on whatever you like, oxen, sheep, wine, strong drink, anything your heart desires. You are to eat there in the presence of YHWH your Elohim and rejoice, you and your household.
14:27 Do not neglect the Levite who lives in your towns, since he has no share or inheritance with you.
Tithes are law that should everyone obey. The essence of tithes is adhering to the law. Alahayam is looking in your heart if you are obedient to his law. He is not after for your tithes but he is looking if you are submissive to his law. Obedience is the essence of this law. Please take a look in the scriptures in the book of Malachi 3:10 “Bring the full tithes and dues to the storehouse so that there may be food in my house, and then see if I do not open the floodgates of heaven for you and pour out blessing for you in abundance.” Did you see what the scriptures says. Obey his commandments and he will bless you. My ever-dearest friends, covenant is the key to all of this.
It is sad that some of the church leader take advantage to this law, they did not teach the true essence of this law. Take look again to Deutronomy 14:22-27, tithe is the tenth percent of your sowing crops not money. And this tenth percent will bring to the place where our Alahayam choose and to eat it. And when your tithe cannot bring because your house is too far where the place our Alahayam chooses, turn your tithe to money and when you arrive to the place where our Alahayam choose, spend it, buy whatever you like and bring it to the place where our Alahayam chooses and eat it. See tithe is food not money. No wonder why so many church leaders are preaching tithes for their personal gain. I didn’t read any passage in the bible telling to give your money to the leader of church.
Remember this, tithe is a law that should be obeyed. Obey his laws and he will bless you. Obedience is the essence of this law. Covenant is the answer of all of this. No religion can save you. Read your bible and do not rely on what you church leader says. Know your origin. Know you are. Shalawam

Ang pagbigay ng tithes ay utos ng Diyos, dapat ibigay natin ng buong buo ang tithes sa church kasi kay Lord yon hindi po sa atin. Pag di natin ibigay yong 1 tenth ng income natin ay ninanakawan natin ang Diyos, yan po ang pagkaintindi ko po. Yong offering po nasa sa atin na po Kung magkano ang ibibigay natin, naniniwala ako na pag nagbigay ka ng May kasiyahan sa puso mo ay May blessings na katapat yon. Pero Kung magbibigay ka ng offering na hindi kusa parang napipilitan lng ay hwag ka na lng magbigay dahil sayang lng. Check your heart first before you give. I just want to share my experience since I learned to give tithes n offerings to God, it’s true that God doesn’t need our money because everything that we have comes from Him but if we love God we have to follow His commands. Hindi pa kami pinabayaan ni Lord hindi man kami mayaman pero He always provide our needs daily. And He gives us peace in the midst of trials. Praise God.🙏🙏🙏

Sis we are not under the LAW but GRACE. In Lev 27: 30-32 tithes were given every year, from their crops and herds.
Hindi ko talaga maintindihan yung mga tao na nakikipag debate na ayaw mg bigay ng tithes.. yung 10% ay kulang na kulang na kabayaran yun kung sasabihin ng Diyos na bayaran natin kahit yung hangin man lang.. parang hindi ba kasiyahan na isauli natin yung para sa Diyos?.. Thoughts ko lang po yun..
