- A&Z #1062 - Professional eater Randy Santel vs Wisconsin Cafe's Undefeated "Big Porker" Pancake Breakfast Challenge hosted by Wisconsin Cafe located inside Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center in Newton, Wisconsin just south of Manitowoc, WI!! Our friend Dustin has been watching our videos for many years now and he is the executive chef for Wisconsin Cafe. He invited @KatinaEatsKilos and I up to attempt their unbeaten "Big Porker" Pancake Breakfast Challenge which is extra delicious!! Newton and Manitowoc are not too far north from us, so we were happy to drive up and try it!! I went first and had 30 minutes to feast on 3 giant buttermilk pancakes served with 6 pork sausages, 6 strips of pork bacon, 6 farm fresh eggs, 4 huge pieces of buttered toast, 1lb of fried breakfast potatoes, and more. I was trying to become the 1st person to complete the undefeated man vs food challenge and win my $30 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the "Big Porker" Wall of Fame!! BIG thanks to Dustin, his staff, the volunteers, and everyone with Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center in Newton for the wonderful food, drinks, Cedar Crest ice cream afterwards, and hospitality!! Special thanks to everyone from around the area who came to watch and meet us that early afternoon. Wisconsin Cafe's "Big Porker" Pancake Breakfast Challenge in Newton, Wisconsin ($30):
- Wisconsin Cafe is located inside the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center in Newton, Wisconsin which is south of Manitowoc and north of Sheboygan (closer to Manitowoc).
- Located inside the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, the Wisconsin Café offers fresh, locally-sourced options for breakfast and lunch. Each dish is prepared with ingredients grown and raised throughout the state, offering guests a true farm-to-table experience. Stop back time and time again to discover new dishes that change with each season.
- This "Big Porker" Breakfast Challenge has 30 minute time limit to finish everything on the platter.
- 6 or 7 brave people had tried this challenge before @KatinaEatsKilos and I got there, but nobody had been able to complete the eating challenge, so it was still undefeated.
- There are 3 giant pancakes with 6 pork sausages, 6 strips of pork bacon, and 1 big ham steak.
- There is 1lb of fried breakfast potatoes, 6 farm fresh eggs, and 4 slices of buttered bread.
- The orange juice, sausage gravy, and extras like butter & jam in this video were optional.
- Winners earn the $30 breakfast meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame.

Putting anything between bread makes it a sandwich so eating two breads together is a bread sandwich.
