Purchased a Genoray C-arm that has had service issues from DAY1, the very first dvay we had to cancel all procedures, wait a week for someone to fly out and replace the motherboard. The issues have been non-stop since and I am now told that I must buy a service contract to get the machine fixed. The machine that they have not been able to fix in nearly 2 years. They should replace it not try to scam me out of more money. DO NOT BUY
