There's a lot of rappers holding it down in my city since Bank passed. You have PeeWee, Hoodrich, Thugger, Derez, Young Nudy, 21, Gunna, Lil Baby, etc...But Bank was simply a doper artist overall than his peers. He was special in the way that made Big Boi, 3K, Tip, Future, and Luda stand out. He just had a certain charisma about him. I'm not even going to lie when he died a part of the city died and I didn't even know Bank. But ATL is a small city and I used to ride down all the strips from Ralph David Abernathy to Moreland to Cascade to Boulevard to Simpson to Riverdale to Flat Shoals to Lenox to Peachtree bumping his music. Songs like Real Trapper freestyle, Grammy's, Dirty Game, Sydney, Poppin Shit, Hot Boy just stood out from the rest. Bank just had that IT factor that I haven't seen emerge since he passed, ATL won't even get another artist like him period. Like Jeezy said for his generation he was the ONE!
