You won’t find this on google at least I can’t find it whenever you replace an iPhone battery at least for my iPhone 8 and 7 plus that I replaced the batteries in from IFIX IT but even though optimized battery charging is enabled and all the settings where they should be and when you first set up the phone it says optimized battery charging is enabled but it will never activate it will always charge to 100% no matter what after battery replacement
tbh none of that matters just use the phone the same way you use it with the optimised battery charging on but make sure you take your phone off the charger like within 10 minutes after it reaches 100%
This feature is neat for people who charge their phones overnight. But nowdays iPhones support 27W charging which helps them reach 0-100% in about less than 2 hours which is more than enough if you’re coming home from work and you need to have dinner, take a shower, spend time with family, etc etc. you can leave your phone plugged in and it will be at 100% when you finally get hold of it. So… all in all, neat feature but useless nowdays in my opinion.
Yup it just effitvely cut my work day down 2 hours minimum considering I use my phone for Uber- and the suggestion that apple makes a battery of which it can’t even handle its own max capacity is rather… stupid
it will still charge to 100%. the only difference is itll learn your charging routine so it can charge to 100% only when you are about to use your phone instead of just going to 100 and staying there for hours if you went to sleep for example
@@xeriel.sarmiento9052 your phone should charge normally if it isnt your regular charging routine but just to be sure you could just turn it off. I leave mine off cuz i never leave it on the charger for longer than it needs to be anyways (which i recommend)
What a waste of time. It would be so much easier to have a setting to stop charging at a level input by the user. No need for location or the days required so the algorithm can ‘learn’.
Kinda i had mine since November and its still 100%, make sure to let your phone turn off from time to time or recharge it on 1%. Don’t recharge it on 20% battery that’s bad for the battery.
I’m sorry the Optimizated feature on iPhone is not practical for people who are on the go and travel like who wants to wait hours for their phone to charge up to 100% like I don’t like the feature because I was wondering why the heck my iPhone wasn’t charging up to full 100% & I’m like is it my damn battery no it’s because it’s been on the Optimizated Battery Charging all this time and I never realized that was the reason why my phone was charging only to 80% or sometimes 90% and then completely slow down.
no it isn't. He got the information incorrect. Optimized battery charging is a feature in iphone that uses machine learning to allow users to charge up to 100% while retaining about 20% of the battery health thus making it last longer
Apple should of made battery optimized charging just work when you want it instead of a confusing when to enable it
I’ve found that setting an alarm for a specific time and set it to everyday has made it work for me.
Can you tell me how you did that my optimized battery charging is not working😢
It doesn't stop at 80%, its supposed to redice the rate of charge after 80% to 100%
so true bruh so true so like what should we do now? 😢
It doesn't stop at 90%, its supposed to redice the rate of charge after 90% to 100%
It does work with my iPhone 12 Pro you cannot not be playing on the phone
With iPhone 14 I had no problem, but with the 15 only work if I reinstall the iOS using MacBook/ iTunes and clear history on significant locations

You should upgrade your phone, when they get old its not qorth repairing
My iPhone 12 is also at 92% battery health.
I’ve had it for two and a half years. I always keep the battery between 30 and 80%
It doesn't stop at 90%, its supposed to redice the rate of charge after 90% to 100% ……… what should i do now?
92% after using it for 2 and a half years is amazing you must rly take care of your battery....
My battery health is at 87% I just got this iPhone last year only issue is the back glass needs fixing
Not showing my macbook plzz help
So the location needs to turned on all the time ? Or just while charging?
tbh none of that matters just use the phone the same way you use it with the optimised battery charging on but make sure you take your phone off the charger like within 10 minutes after it reaches 100%

I have an urgent issue with my icloud cn we talk about it pls if possible
But if your on vacation and you get back will optimized battery charging work right away?
Very informative video my query is solved ❤️😃
How can we activate the 80% limit on iPhone?
I think but leaving it on the charger even after it hits 100%.
its only for iphone 15's that has this option
Idk why but the setting doesn’t even appear on my ipad pro’s battery section, does someone know why?
I have an iPhone SE 2nd and don't have settings for "System Services" !
I have the same phone and i have the setting
Which means you need a new battery for the iPhone
it will still charge to 100%. the only difference is itll learn your charging routine so it can charge to 100% only when you are about to use your phone instead of just going to 100 and staying there for hours if you went to sleep for example
What if I charge my phone during the day and needs to charge up to 100% the normal way, should I turn off the optimized battery charging temporarily?
@@xeriel.sarmiento9052 your phone should charge normally if it isnt your regular charging routine but just to be sure you could just turn it off. I leave mine off cuz i never leave it on the charger for longer than it needs to be anyways (which i recommend)
My iphone14 charge beyond 80% even if optimization is on
Same
this blokes speaking non sense dont listen to him
No it doesn’t bro
Charging an iPhone for five hours or more makes zero sense. It's usually way charged up in much less time even on a slower charge.
What a waste of time. It would be so much easier to have a setting to stop charging at a level input by the user. No need for location or the days required so the algorithm can ‘learn’.
So I just a new iPhone 12PM 2weeks ago and my battery health already dropped from 100% to 99%.. should I be worried???
No man

@@antheaspiteri8069 this is cap. wtf
@@antheaspiteri8069 no bro lmao you should be charging your phone when it hits 20%
What if you wake up not the same times, that’s probably one of the reasons right
yes but that can be bad for the battery

its supposed to still reach 100%

Hey my phone won't go past 80%what should i do ?
What? I have it on and it’s never stopped at 80% . U must leave urs on the charger after it reaches 100% which is destroying ur battery anyway
I witness optimise charging after 3 year of use 😂😂lol
@@dnimike8834 but you cares
@@dnimike8834 you still cares boy😂
Weird question, but does any one else notification for this come with a weird ringtone

This is the most stupid thing from such a big company. It never works for me. Even my 4 year old oneplus does this beautifully. Apple sucks.
