I'll play this game on ''Hard'' first mission was pretty easy..after that mission i choosed this one and it's a pain in the ass on ''Hard''lol.
Just out of curiosity, does it make any difference if you take out every hostile before going for the objectives?

Yes because if you want to get all panther points you should take out everyone out in Grim's missions otherwise you'll get Ghost points for "undisturbing" enemies.
***** You could also go about knocking out every one in the entire building and get ghost points for it.
