I got an acceptance letter from NEU University for a master's major in foreign linguistics and applied linguistics (English taught). Now I want to apply for the CSC Scholarship type B. On the CSC Portal, my major is offered in English medium, but on the NEU Application portal, my major is offered from 1st December to 10th December in English, but after 10 days my major changed into Chinese medium. Can I apply because I have 2 chances? One is Jiangsu University, and one is NEU, but I don't know when CSC type B is open in Jiangsu?
