Ebay Seller Review - Hobocoin

Here is a review of an Ebay seller I have tried to use twice. I say "tried" because I never received any coins from them, and I had to ask for a refund through PayPal. To be fair, I may just have been unlucky, but I would caution anyone who is thinking about using this seller.
