I should have died back in march but he showed mercy and saved me from my sickness. Nurses said if I were there 30 minutes later my blood would have went fully septic but god gave me the strength to make it. Eternally grateful. Much love to my brothers and sisters

We truly are, my friend. But it isn’t so much “happiness” as it is joy. Happiness is fickle, and comes and goes depending on what your going through. Joy, however, is everlasting, because it comes from God-in spite of one’s circumstances. Joy is the manifestation of peace, TRUE peace, that withstands in the midst of what life throws at us. Christians do not have an easy, carefree life by any means-we still go through trials. But we do have someone to lift us up, to carry our burdens; to be our refuge and our strength. He has come to set us free from the anxieties, fears, traumas, and pain that comes from this world. And he wants to do that for you too, if you let him. I’ll be praying for you 🙏🏾.

As a theology student I wouldn't agree... ‘Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends’ (John 15:13). It was in Gods plan for him to die for our sins. We are all worthy of Gods love. But it is not for us to decide if we deserve it or not. Only God knows who is worthy. Stay faithful brother and God bless you!

He had to suffer and go through all of that pain to satisfy the justice of God, that we naturally deserve to be casted upon us because of our sinful nature. Giving the perfect sacrifice, the perfect payment for our transgressions, he went there willingly so that we may finally be free, and so that we may be saved in his name, and cleansed from our wickedness, to have a relationship with the Father, and one day, God may allow us to come into the full glory of his presence and his kingdom.

Watching this gives me peace knowing that I had a Savior that loved me enough to die for me and gives me the peace to make it through everyday this is something that gives me great peace after all the trauma I’ve endured and suffered through.
