    1. Nano failed to create a Value for itself..
    2. Adding Value to yourself as a brand is very important.
    3. Even if you are a simple street sweeper, people should know you as the one who cleans the roads in the best possible way..

    sir it s an unmatched case study, inculcates foundational and progress giving points for any bussiness.
    1. Learnings are: product/service must be reliable in every possible sense i.e. worthyness, brand associated values and customer aspirations+ satisfaction basically.
    2. Applications: I am running a shop of household goods hence i always focus on relational values with customers by offering them fair price with respect. i will focus on quality of product to increase back end publicity and reliability of bussiness and always try to be with market trends and offers.
    that's how I imagine a bussiness can progress.

    Learnings which I got from this video are:-
    In perf value model , financial value have a limited market....if low cost innovative competitor comes and achieve some share in the market , I should have any performance value , emotional value , relation value....so that low cost competitor cannot take my market share and can be defeated easily in some time....

    I own a Tata Nano since 2013. The only thing I don’t like is it’s sound. In other ways it’s a best car. I also own a swift but I like to go around in Tata Nano for city rides. It’s an awesome car.

      Arjun T ....Yes l own Tata nano LX model sir ye gadi vazan me halki hai.. isiliye best severability in the world ...l futher reduced it's unwanted weight to 65 kg .. my nano weight now 670 kg.. l got digital weight for that. I. Proud owner of nano...

    I think tata nano should have done something like jio.
    First they should announce a price of about 3 lac neither cheap nor expensive and as soon as the release date come closer they should decrease it a more an just before a month of release date they would reveal the actual cost and excited customers would purchase the car bcoz in This way there would be no time and chance for media an opposition to manipulate the information and sales itself would go high.

      If they would have dropped the price at the end from 3Lk then again people would have thought something was wrong with the car and hence the price drop. AKA emotional Value.

      Ĉar bookings are done in advance, even dealers have to keep a bit of inventory, so not possible to tag false price! Each Business segment works different one Jio sim is inexpensive while one Nano isn't!

      @Ganesh Narwade, I think you should go for network marketing business. As it needs negligible investment, easy availability of raw material i.e HR, we do not need to think of any product oriented ideas for startup, you can do it in part time basis and there is NO risk of loses. Maybe I could help you with that. :)
