HERMES CHYPRE SANDAL COMPARISON, REVIEW, SIZING PROBLEM | MENS VS WOMENS CUT

Hi there,
In this video i will compare the Mens cut VS the Womens cut from the sought after and the most hype sandal from Hermes!!
Here is why people got confused about the sizing.
I will wear them side by side and see if you even notice the difference ;)

Very interesting video, thank you! I’m hoping that Hermes releases a woman’s version of the Genius sandal (Chypre w heel strap). My feet are too small so I cannot order men’s sandals. My S.A. told me that the men’s Chypre Velcro strap has a higher rise, in-step? Yes, the H is different. I almost prefer the H on the men’s cut but it doesn’t matter because I need size 38 or 37.5 in the Chypre.

Wow great video! Loved the comparison!
For the size though, when you hold them back to back, yes the outer sole is the same length but not the foot bed, i can see the lip at the back where the heels goes is shorter on the women’s 40 when you were holding them. Maybe i’m not seeing well hehe!

Oh really? I almost didn’t see them. But maybe you are right. The mens 40,5 is now with my sister, i cant compare them to see the lip at thr back of the sandal. But will look at it later when i see her. You definitely have a great eyes tho 😊👀

The top strap in the mens looks wider. And on the side you see in the mens you can slide in deeper, the strap comes higher on the arch.

If you wear size 38 in Oran or Oasis, i can recommend you size 37 in Mens. As mens runs slightly bigger. But im not sure if they have mens size 37, as far as i know the smallest size in mens is 39. But i could be wrong.

Hi there, absolutely yes, a friend of mine (a men) wear the womens cut one, he took 1 size bigger.

For men, the chypre runs exactly true to size if not 1/2 size large. So men should take the same size as their izmir or regular shoe size. I can't speak for women.
