My grandmother use to make this for us also. She called it Floating Clouds. But her clouds were sweet and she baked them in the oven instead of boiling them and the custard was also thick and sweet…… So delish and such a good memory. Definitely our dessert tonight!!! I used to make that dessert in the 80's....it is so difficult to wait for it to cool....the translation from French to English it's called "floating Islands"....if you can get real vanilla beans it makes it taste so much better!!!...love your dance moves....they make me smile every time!!!...
I got some of those mesh bags at Ikea & use them to carry fruit in the car. We have a little hook that it hangs on in the back seat. We also use them to hang fruit while camping!

Hi . In Portugal we call that dessert "farófias" but I cook the egg white in the milk and then I use the warm milk to add the egg yolk with some sugar and prepare a cream to put the egg white "clouds" in it.
I know this dessert as floating island and the "birds milk" in my country is a bit similar to zefir, but a lot less sweet and usually served coated in black chocolate
I love when you do organizing videos!! Totally motivates me! Can you do a video on how you freeze your extra veggies??? I am trying not to use plastic, can I use glass containers??? Freezer is a tricky one. I try to use less of the bags and keep reusing them as much as possible. One day I wanna invest in a few silicone one. So far I bought one but they are so expensive alto I am happy with it. I used glass it's just hard to get out the things from it because it sticks together but I used it for my ginger cubes. 🤗💗
Frozen veggies that are cut up are way cheaper here in the netherlands. Weird. We also have veggies to wok/stirfry that are also pretty cheap in the coolers in the supermarket

I store my onions in the same kind of mesh (is it mesh?) bag, but I put mine on a hook directly on the wall. Absolutely love the look of it. Perhaps you could try shower curtain hooks on your pole?

In India kids will do the job if you make them understand from young they should also share the work. Mother's should teach that too
