I got myself an Instax Mini 90 a few months ago and I'm only watching videos to see how other people take their pictures. You being so happy about the your camera makes me 20x more happy about having one too (amazing squirrel photo). Haha I'm still trying to figure out which modes are best to use every time I take a picture but aaah, I really love my camera. I love that it has different modes, that you can control the flash, and that it has a self-timer (💯!!!) but the results are always still a surprise. 💖
This is one of my favorite review videos. So much wholesome personality. I pressed the like button within the first ten seconds. ❤ (Also super helpful.) Edit to add: if you want cool double exposures the shadows are what will fill in. So you had the darker area of the buildings and the sky was overexposed so it blew out any photo that would come next. Try a silhouette of someone close up against the sky then do your next exposure. It should turn out cool.
I loved your POVs on the Mini 90, please do more of same. I recently purchased an SQ1 and a Mini 11, so I can play with both formats. Both of them are pure point and shoot so the only control you have over exposure is to be aware and learn to read the light. Going through a phase of focusing on composition so learning a lot by using these 😁
That's brilliant! Yes I'll definitely be doing more Instax videos this year! I'm really exciting to try it out in the rain, and I really want to see what it's like for christmas lights in London this winter!
I bought my Instax Mini 90 a couple of months ago and I’m still learning how to use it. You took beautiful photos in this video! How did you take the photo of the squirrel? Did you use macro mode + dark? And the bee photo, jesus! So amazing! Would you mind making a video guiding through how you took the photos (what modes used and tricks)? And the selfie, I’ve tried taking it but it never looks good and yours looked awesome! Thank you for doing this video! Really loved it
Squirrel photo was macro mode and dark, good eye! I can certainly make another video with this! I do kind of want to try my hand at a tutorial style video! I post some instax photps on my film instagram if you want to check them out!
Yesssss! We need more videos on the mini 90 in 2022 because this is the bestttt fujifilm instant camera besides the wide! All the settings & the film being the most affordable is such a win win! I’ll hopefully be making a video on it soon but I’m going to be showing me instax collection which is mostly all taken with my mini 90 😍🥰🤩
I just posted a POV video of me taking some photos with it by the seaside 😁 I love using this thing so much! I recently picked up some black and white film and I had a great time using that 😁
Great photo of the squirrel... my favourite! Is there a sticky backing on the photo so you can stick it into scrapbook? PS: I'm jealous of your red curly hair! Gorgeous!
Squirrels always make the best subjects! These do not have a sticky backing. I currently use a photo album specifically made for these so they just slot into place 😊 (And thanks! I love getting compliments about my hair 🥰)
I've only compared it to two other instax models, the Evo 10, and the SQ1. In terms of quality I've found they're much the same. I find the Evo 10 a bit gimmicky, but having the 10 different filters can be useful at times. The SQ1 is very very cool (and is brilliant for selfies). The square format is really nice and the photos make nice display pieces. But I prefer the landscape format on the 90. Overall I still recommend the 90 over the others. But it's largely down to personal taste!
Love this vid. Yes it is all abt being in the moment n keeping tangible pixs for memories, somethg that digital cameras n phones cant offer. Will def consider getting mini 90.
First thing to know about film photography is always have the sun behind you. That way you don't get over exposure. Lots to think about when you are paying for each photo. Clifford's tower brings back great memories 👍
I do love experimenting and trying to go "against the rules" sometimes. But at 75 pence a shot, maybe the Instax isn't the camera to do that experiment with 😂
It's very easy to use. Just point and shoot! There are features, but they basically boil down to "make it a bit brighter" or "make it a bit darker". (There's more than that, but nothing dramatic)
Personally I prefer the mini 90. But the mini evo is technically better. Basically the difference is that the Mini 90 works more like an analogue camera, and the evo works more like a digital camera, with an instax mini printer glued it. I can get better pictures more easily with the evo (and it has some cool filters/modes). But I like yhe unpredictable fun I have with the Mini 90.
No worries. Just for an extra detail. On the Evo you can preview photos before you print them. Meaning you won't have any wasted shots. But the mini 90 prints as soon as you release the shutter button, so whatever you get is what you get!
I payed for 2x5 shots instax mini pack 14,00 euro,s at my store and i payed 29,99 euro,s for a 3x10 deco bundel. But i got cool shots and frames😊👍🏾👋🏾📸📷 happy shooting
I think i bought the wrong camera😒 i have the mini 40 but now i see the mini 90 has more functions than the mini 40. For example you can turn off you,re s flash whit the mini 90 whitch you can,t whit the mini 40. You,re kinda stuck whit it
I Have a question, why are you walking about taking pictures in your dressing gown? Also, you so do have to shake the picture its the law or something. (Thats what i say when i do it, just about every time lol).

You conviced me! I was in doubt about wich instant camera to buy and now i believe this will be the most fun for me. Loved your energy in the video💜
You've chosen well! It's such a fun camera and I hope you have a great time using it 😁
Bumble bee photo is my fav. Looks ethereal
Why is this video so underrated???!!!
Great to see you having fun with the little beast. Bring it to Lincoln and take photos of our very pretty Cathedral
I love Lincoln! That's actually where I bought my hat haha!
I love the "overexposed" bee photo!

Thanks for the compliment! It's really nice to hear 😊
And yes that squirrel was very cute 😁

Let me know if you ever want to borrow this one for a day 😁 it's so much fun!

Whichever one you get you won't be disappointed! They're all awesome ❤️
I have already visited York and now I need to get this camera. 😊

I've been so tempted to buy all sorts of instant cameras since I got this one 😅

What camera are you using in this video, 😊 quality is superb
This was filmed with my Fuji XT4. The B roll was with my 56mm lens and the talking head shots with the 14mm one ☺️
Great video! How easy is the camera to use? Is it just a simple point and shoot?

@@GingerPhotographyGuy nice! I’ll have to give it a try!
Want to ask about sth. What setting should I use in order to get blue sky in my photo?? :( I can only shot a over exposed sky in my tries. Thank you
Nice one mate, I feel like I want one of these now. You have sold it to me lol.
Doooo it!
They're so much fun! I'll bring mime to the next photo walk 😗
How many prints come out per cartridge?
Nice video Jack
Thanks! I'm glad you liked it 😁
Can we get this photo through wifi ??
Price jumped up a bit too since last year, lol
Haha! They're totally worth it! I don't get why they stopped making them 🤔

Try giving the squirl some nuts😊 it will come. The squirl is so cute😊👍🏾👋🏾✌🏾😁
The best? Not at all. Look at the cameras of the brand Mint
Those look amazing!
A bit pricey compared to this one, but I'll definitely be adding them to my Christmas list!
