You can lean forward on the bulgarian split squat to target your glutes!
I will never get why is this exercise so difficult to people.
For me I’m very uncoordinated lmaooo it why makes it harder for me
Balance can be hard
Balance skills. We are not used to stand on 1 leg, even when the second is on the pad/bench etc. I train combat sports, so i do this kind of exercise to help with my coordination for kicking etc.
