So stoked you’re making videos again. This channel inspired me to go to Costa Rica and I just got back from a trip couple months ago. Santa Teresa is such a unique place and has beautiful waves.
Cool video, like your attitude about aging and all the surrounding tips! I hope you will share more, I'm in my 40ies and I'm craving to improve my body and my surfing skills, and you are right, I feel way more powerful and fit now than in my 30ies! Good job, keep it going!
I am 67 and still surf and travel, will be in El Salvador next week. You are correct about diet and anti inflammatory foods are key, fasting is interesting. But I have arthritis in the neck so tough to keep my head up paddling. Stem cell is an interesting option if you have more details on that Thanks, Brian
Can you do an easy pop up video for older beginner surfers, using long / medium boards and considering things that effect older learners like the ability to do dynamic movements have injuries etc?
Hey woah woah woah! I missed your videos! I understand your kids are growing and all but that doesn’t change your vibes! Don’t let view counts and numbers effect your efforts to create because view counts only climb slow or quick it only goes up and this medium will outlast us even after we’ve gone. Pura Vida my friend. I don’t surf these days but there was a summer where I surfed all but two days of it all inspired by you. Missing it dearly.
Awesome. I started surfing at 47 and I am 53 now. Since I don't live at the beach it's just impossible to improve but my short board is a 6'7 22 wide 43L because I am 6'3 tall and 200 pounds. Sometimes I think I should just longboard and quit shortboards but I think moving to Costa Rica would help my skills and my body and mind. Pura Vida.
You absolutely can’t stay on short boards . You need to give that up and have so much more fun with mid length . You can’t fight nature but you can be smart about it
@@SasoCasablanca63 nah, I am not a quitter. I still skateboard and am very fit so I believe I can do shortboards, I just need to spend more time in the water.
