The drills are generally good, but the terminology you use to describe certain actions might be quite obscure. For example, "longline" meaning "down the line", or "in open impact position" or "in lateral impact position".What do they actually mean? I use the terms "open stance", "Closed stance" etc.

I can't really see much difference between Drill 17 and 18. Could you please explain?

Hi. Indeed the description is a bit irritating. On drill 17 the Coach is calling the color the player has to move around, on drill 18 the coach is calling the color where the next ball will be feeded on. It makes difference just try :)

Drill 9 - the last sentence. Looks like there is a mistake there: "Stay on one leg and then hit a slice by moving the left foot passing the left foot". Did you mean "by moving the left foot passing the right foot ?

Great video. May be super obvious, but 2 important things which learned watching you feed are (1) the angle to feed if on same side of the net and (2) to choke up on the handle and use a continental grip. You never feed the ball on the same side of net tossing the ball into their body

Hi. Thanks for your comment. I did not understand everything 100% but i see you do not agree with the Position of feeding the Balls. Please keep in mind i am doing these drills with non -professionals where you should also think about security facts. I know that in some cases i can use a different Position but with the possibility getting hit by a ball.
