@@bl0ggsM4rbl00d If it makes you feel better, the new Castlevania collection is really good. They're also coming out with a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game collection later on.
@@retrowraith5623 It really doesn't. If they were tweaked or improved somewhat I would buy it, but if it's just going to be an emulation plus some achievements then there's no point in my eyes. I haven't played Simon's Quest or Dracula's Curse so I can't say much about them, but I've played the original and SC4 more times than me and my entire family have fingers on both hands and feet. Part of me also doesn't care about the companies no more I might add to my previous comment. To me SC4 was a magical experience and the music in it is so nostalgic I literally feel like a kid again. The second I heard the prologue theme before the title screen hits I felt a surge of emotions like no other. I guess I want to re-live that child-like glee I experienced when I first played these games. It's not something I can get nowadays with games such as LoL or Fortnite or whatever is played nowadays.
When it comes to Konami, I've been playing only their old games. To be honest, I've never played Metal Gear Solid or any modern Konami games. Even so, I would STILL prefer classics such as my favorites including Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance (my personal favorite Castlevania), Nemesis for the Game Boy, and Contra Hard Corps (just to name a few). Besides, what you're implying is the sole reason many gamers decide to go retro.

Yes it is, the problem is that the piano sample used in the soundtrack is slightly out of tune, so sometimes is hard to match notes. th-cam.com/video/tbeyj4nsz5k/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-DQ2x9S-ifhBr5MQ un that video you can see the notes, they play it a bit fast, but you get the idea
The catchiest tune in all of super Castlevania 4
Yeah, it's definitely one of my top favorites in this game. Because this game was made by Konami, it's no surprise that it's a masterpiece.
@@retrowraith5623 I wish Konami just went back and started caring about videogames like before. I need a Super Castlevania 4 remake.

Probably still the best Belmont Castlevania game ever! The full use of the whip and perfected battles against Dracula and his monsters!!!!
I really wish a new Classic Castlevania game with full 8 directional whip and better movement like this game have.
Funny how this was gonna be used as the map theme in the prototype
The introduction to this song certainly has that Map theme vibe that you hear from the others.
I wonder where it would be placed at though? 🤔
A genious composed this. A true Genious!
The team was Masanori Adachi and Taro Kudo I hear. One of those two.

Is it possible to play the first 15 second notes on a real piano? I tried long ago but couldn't match the tunes.
