Excellent flying, Excellent gliders, Excellent Music. Do you get an audience when you are flying? Also have you had any mishaps at all. Many years ago in my teens I slaved for hours building a Minimoa from a kit, tissue covering and doped, it was a good looking glider about 3 ft wingspan. I launched it Ito a gentle onshore breeze and it drifted over the sand on the shore line but didn't turn and slowly went out to sea. The dethermaliser didn't work either. I last saw it as it landed in the sea about 1/2 mile out. Never saw it again, this was before radio control.
You have designed a beautiful model there John. The Ocean Breeze is elegant, and flies so well. I was waiting for a mid-air collision, but you both flew extremely well. Love the new colour scheme too. One of your best videos. Please keep the video's coming!
It's rare when a modeler can make the birds jealous. I think you succeeded. My little doggy and I just landed from a two hour flight in our home built, and I doubt we had more fun than did you!
@@SlopeRCGliders Good for you mate. It was after +15 years when I looked back into RC planes again. It was the generosity of a stranger gifting me a trainer that got me started again. I still have it and am now starting to show my daughter how to fly.
It’s a very easy glider to fly in the right conditions. It’s nice and stable in light winds but will get blown about in stronger winds. It’s relatively easy to build but I probably wouldn’t recommend it a a first build. A laser cut kit would definitely be an easier first build.
I do a mixture of stuff. I mostly scratch build, either from plans or my own designs. But I also build from kits or sometimes even buy second hand models already made.

Quick question, how big is the air port sized hanger that you use to store all these beautiful planes in? :)
I only have a normal sized garage. I’m always building something new but quite often sell off or give away old planes to make more room.
