I know what you are referring to. The battle between ST Goku and Hakkai is in the Burial Arc of Saiyuki. It's never been animated, but I've heard that there are plans to animate it in the future. But you're right, there is limited footage of him (a shame too, he's so cool). Also, this was the second or third video that I made, so my talents were definitely limited. I would like to remake this when the Burial footage is available. It would definitely be worth it. This song fits Goku so well.
I would like to say that you did a good job in the crafting of this AMV. the timing was good, and the clips easily potrayed the song and vice versa. excellent job.

I definitely agree. actually, it seems like they simply directly colored the manga pages. There's very little actual movement. It's still a good show. The strength of the series is the characters, so the animation quality isn't a huge problem. Thanks for the review! XD

Gensomaden is the best in most fans eyes. >.>; it seems like Reload and Gunlock are just a bunch of filler episodes. There's very little story developement. You should check out Gensomaden ^.^

@sunfyre018 It is and it isn't. There's been live action and graphic novel 'Journey to the west' adaptations that held the name Saiyuki almost a decade before dragonball was published. You're probably right about dragonball being older than this particular series though.
That little part is either 21 or 22. I think it's 22. Now in the show there is only one Goku shown, there's three in the video because I made it that way.

I believe the actual translation is "Great Sage Equal to Heaven" and that since he was born of the earth he has some sort of wisdom about him. Hopefully other viewers can answer better if I'm incorrect. It is his "demon form", but the basis of Saiyuki is Buddhism, not Christianity. hope that helped!
