This is perfect for exercise ideas during my second trimester, but definitely will need to extend the exercises, a little too short. But so happy to find this, I've been doing mostly modified versions of the other exercises on this channel.
I didnt think this was too fast but i would strongly advice NO PLANKS from about 16 weeks due to separation. you can see her tummy is bulging too much in those plank variations.
This is a good work out for women who were experienced actively. It is very safe only if your body is used to exercises like this. Your baby is only as strong as as your health past an present
Hello, I though pregnant woman should avoid frontal planks to prevent Abdominal Separation, does this rule apply to the second and third trimester or only the third one? Thanks
They should, I was amazed that this was the transition to the floor. I stop teaching planks as soon as my client has a bump at around 17 weeks average. I plan on stopping doing them myself pretty soon. I'm 15 weeks.

Tried it but I struggled to follow this one.. The way she speaks made it difficult to understand when something stopped and started and since we were on the ground most of the time I had to keep stopping to see what in the world she was doing. But at least I can check off I did a workout today haha. Glad I got a walk in this morning..
My pelvic area hurt the whole time lol. Not gonna push myself but I'm gonna try this for a week and see if it's just gonna help strengthen that area. It's been hurting from the beginning. Hopefully but the end if the week I have less pain. I need to move around more for sure. The first trimester was he'll for me so I spent the whole time laying down. Witch was hard bcs I have two daughters already. Hopefully the second trimester is a big break before that third trimester one pops up.
With my first pregnancy, I didn't show at all until I was almost 7 months along. My baby was always at the right weight for development, I just wasn't showing it.
Super hard to follow. Zero countdowns and no plan given at the beginning so you spend most of your time trying to watch the screen and figure out what's going on.
What great exercises and modifications, love the fact there are variations for each trimester. Thank you for producing this prenatal workout.

This Was Tooooo much core work for me during my second trimester! Save this one for when your little one arrives!
It's actually really important to work your core during pregnancy. It helps the body prepare for labor.
What about the warnings to not do too much core due to the separation of your abb muscles that really messes you up after pregnancy?
I agree.

This was so hard/confusing to follow and I felt like I didn’t get a proper workout in :(
It’s a little too fast and too much talking and complicated with the hand movements
This was very nice, thanks Sara and PS ❤️

this made me sweat! so good! great to start the day 💪🏼
agree with everyone here, talking way too much/too fast! give people some space to breathe and a moment to situate ourselves into the positions.
too fast to follow. too bad
too fast and where are all the repetitions
Too much talking, didn't really help with the flow of things so you'd be in certain positions for too long just waiting to figure out what's next!
This was a horrible workout. Too much talking with too intense exercises!!
I'm 11 weeks and not showing...I have a little fat pooch, but I'm not overweight. My BMI is fine and so is my #pounds.
With my first pregnancy, I didn't show at all until I was almost 7 months along. My baby was always at the right weight for development, I just wasn't showing it.
C Baelz Ok. That does make me feel better. It was making me think he wasn't growing right.
Why am I watching this? I'm not even pregnant. lol

This felt like an SNL skit of a workout video lol So all over the place. What is even happening.
😂
She talks way too much, it makes it more difficult to follow
Way too much talking for me slows down the flow of the workout.
Was not a fan, so much talking, I got lost with the speedy move changes, was not good for the pelvis
This was a horrible video - I usually love pop sugar but this video was way too fast pace and the trainer was all over the place it seems
This was Wayyyy too fast and by the time you figure out what you are supposed to be doing it's already done
Worst workout ever!! Super rushed and confusing, what is she doing????
Way too much talking.
you talk way too much. this workout is a waist of time.
so confusing and too much waiting in the position while she is talking
wayyy too hard.
