Will defo be taking on board some of these things!! The book sleeve pouch is a must! I also have very bad anxiety and stomach problems (gastritis is a b*tch). Love the medicine pouch- mine is just all over my own tote bag! I didn’t know you could get solid perfume!! I’ve also been on a sustainable/eco-friendly journey! Like second hand clothes etc!! Sustainability is the way to go!! Great video❤️

I feel you on the emotional support medicine bag because I have one too but I have anxiety that I’ll have an allergic reaction although I’m not allergic to anything so I carry Benadryl and an asthma pump and a singular emergency Benzo for panic attacks
