My thoughts on the love related readings: We come to these readings for guidance from our spirit guides. We don’t need guidance on mundane decisions like “What will I have for breakfast tomorrow?” But we come to them for important decisions. For many of us, the most important decisions in our lives revolve around our relationships with others. It only makes sense that feel drawn to, or even search out, readings like these. In my opinion, there is nothing shameful about recognizing and contemplating the most important decisions of your life. 😊
I agree. Not to mention the other parts of most people's lives can easily be found out for yourself or you feel like you have more control over those aspects. People are so complicated & even when they tell you things, you're still not sure if it's the whole truth. Personally, I find love or relationship readings to be very insightful & it feels like listening to a friend give you unbiased feedback. I think some of the shame comes from people that think you should talk to people in your life about personal matters. I’m just speculating here, but some of the guilt and shame you are feeling could be picking up on the feelings of people in the piles who come for the reading- there are a lot of complex situations here (speaking from experience LOL) so my advice to you is to be mindful of energies that are not yours while doing these readings. I'm sorry, I had no idea there was any stigma or negativity in the community toward "love" readings.. Honestly, love readings are my #1 fave. Who doesn't want to know about love? Pile 4 - I was initially attracted to pile 2, but then it didn’t resonate. And Eso kept insisting to look at other piles if it’s not resonating. What she said about listening with your heart to know which messages are and aren’t for you especially spoke to me this time. Unlike pile 2, right off the bat, I knew pile 4 is for me. I’m so grateful for my intuition and Eso’s nudging.
Same!!! I chose pile 2 when the video was released and it was not sitting well with me. I didn't finish the reading and left the video on pile 2. Fast forward to today - My phone screen has been glitchy and clicking things on its own. I was on another TH-cam video when this one opened and clicked to the Pile 4 timestamp 🤯 And then when Eso mentioned how messy Pile 2 was, I took that as confirmation that Pile 4 was indeed my reading. I'm glad I was given the opportunity to trust my intuition and leave Pile 2 when I did.
I believe the love readings don't feel genuine anymore due to tiktok randos pulling cards like the tower card and them stating your ex misses you and are coming back. The reason people feel guilty about doing love readings is because they feel like they're invading on other people's energy, or that the other person might intuitively pick up on it lol. Combine that with the fear of no mutual reciprocation and you have a recipe for disaster. You can go 2 or 3, even 5, 10, 20 readings of positive affirmation and still think it's not true. Not as a distrust of the reader but the cycle of doubt just continues when you don't actually see it manifest in the material world...

The thing is love readings CAN be damaging, when given by certain readers, with certain intentions. But knowing your reading style, and your compassionate personality, you are all about empowerment, reminding us about listening to ourselves etc.
It CAN be damaging, but it's not Eso's fault if it does happen. She can't control the way other people interpret her readings, she shouldn't have to stop doing these because other people can't be responsible with them.

What I’m saying is that some readers ride on knowing that people want the love readings, for likes etc, because the readers see the wounding that people believe they’re not whole and worthy within first and want to know when/how/if that is going to happen. But because Eso is teaching self-love and self-empowerment, there isn’t any icky energy with the love readings here; they’re grounded and compassionate and all about instilling wholeness within.

pile 2: he was my first real relationship. we met when we were 18 in college. our relationship started off purely physical. it made it harder to develop an deep emotional connection. we were together for a year and a half. we broke up about 6 months ago, and it really affected me. i was heartbroken, and to a certain degree i still am now. the relationship made me realize how dependent i was on the validation of others around me and would purposely put off my needs to satisfy them. i love him, but i know it’s not healthy. i would like to think that when we’re older that there could be a second chance. regardless im grateful for the experience to learn more about myself. I would say the stigma around love readings has to do with how easily biased they are. I know for me I find it hardest to differentiate between my genuine intuition and what I wanted when love is involved. But because of this, I love that you do love readings. Pile 3- GIRL when you said “stop denying that this person feels some type of way about you.” I’ve always had a crush on this guy that has a LONG term girlfriend but she’s like really toxic and they’ve been together since he was 14, we’re 20 now. She’s 4 years older and has always been a little controlling n stuff, but they’re long distance. I’ve been introduced into the friend group really recently even though I’ve had a crush on him for awhile. I’ve been trying to respect his relationship even though it’s not the best and keep my distance because a bunch of other people also have feelings for him. But he just always acted different around me than I’ve seen him with others and he did some stuff that made me think he might have feelings for me but was pulling away and trying to avoid me because of that. Pile 4: he was my middle crush. We both changed schools and moved around. In and out of different relationships. We finally reconnected after 7 years. And when we first met up. Pile 2. To me it resonated so much it’s insane. I recently have been overthinking so much because of my past in relationships that I fear not communicating enough or making sure that we’re both on the same page that I fear he’ll leave because I didn’t do enough. Im the mouse in this scenario, he’s the fire ant. Funny enough we’re both fire sun, but my chart is ruled by fire and earth, his is fire and air. Whenever I bring the topic of relationship, feelings or connections I can sense discomfort from his side. He’s not used to talking about his emotions and it kinda frustrates me not knowing his vision towards the relationship and I fear that I’m just getting too involved and later on he doesn’t want anything and leave. Pile 4 - I was initially attracted to pile 2, but then it didn’t resonate. And Eso kept insisting to look at other piles if it’s not resonating. Same!!! I chose pile 2 when the video was released and it was not sitting well with me. I didn't finish the reading and left the video on pile 2. Fast forward to today - My phone screen has been glitchy and clicking things on its own. I was on another TH-cam video when this one opened and clicked to the Pile 4 timestamp 🤯 And then when Eso mentioned how messy Pile 2 was, I took that as confirmation that Pile 4 was indeed my reading. People undervalue playfulness because it feels good, and we associate pleasurable experiences with frivolousness and little success or growth. But in reality playfulness is a really fundamental part of both liking the life you have designed for yourself _and_ growth! :)
The reason people feel guilty about doing love readings is because they feel like they're invading on other people's energy, or that the other person might intuitively pick up on it lol. Combine that with the fear of no mutual reciprocation and you have a recipe for disaster. You can go 2 or 3, even 5, 10, 20 readings of positive affirmation and still think it's not true. Not as a distrust of the reader but the cycle of doubt just continues when you don't actually see it manifest in the material world...

The thing is love readings CAN be damaging, when given by certain readers, with certain intentions. But knowing your reading style, and your compassionate personality, you are all about empowerment, reminding us about listening to ourselves etc.
It CAN be damaging, but it's not Eso's fault if it does happen. She can't control the way other people interpret her readings, she shouldn't have to stop doing these because other people can't be responsible with them.

What I’m saying is that some readers ride on knowing that people want the love readings, for likes etc, because the readers see the wounding that people believe they’re not whole and worthy within first and want to know when/how/if that is going to happen. But because Eso is teaching self-love and self-empowerment, there isn’t any icky energy with the love readings here; they’re grounded and compassionate and all about instilling wholeness within.

I would say the stigma around love readings has to do with how easily biased they are. I know for me I find it hardest to differentiate between my genuine intuition and what I wanted when love is involved. But because of this, I love that you do love readings. Your readings are as unbiased as I think it can be because you can’t see us or read body language or whatever. Definitely keep it up!

Pile 3- GIRL when you said “stop denying that this person feels some type of way about you.” I’ve always had a crush on this guy that has a LONG term girlfriend but she’s like really toxic and they’ve been together since he was 14, we’re 20 now. She’s 4 years older and has always been a little controlling n stuff, but they’re long distance. I’ve been introduced into the friend group really recently even though I’ve had a crush on him for awhile. I’ve been trying to respect his relationship even though it’s not the best and keep my distance because a bunch of other people also have feelings for him. But he just always acted different around me than I’ve seen him with others and he did some stuff that made me think he might have feelings for me but was pulling away and trying to avoid me because of that. I didn’t want to be like feeding my own ego, but I’ve also always always been right about my intuition with people. I have been thinking about getting my own rider-Waite (I have another deck for self healing so it’s only for messages in regards to that) so I could ask how he felt about me and get it put to bed so I can get over it and try to establish a good friendship with no underlying curiosity, but this was exactly what I was looking for and lined up perfectly. I’m still going to keep my distance and work on myself but I know I need to trust my intuition too

Pile 2 - Mousey Virgo been learning my self-worth during my ongoing healing journey - listened to the red flags and chose to leave the Fire-ant Leo. It was fun for what it was, but not emotionally fulfilling (bc he was scared to be vulnerable/connect) and as sad as it is to no longer have this connection, I have to remind myself I'm choosing myself and I deserve better. Pile 4: he was my middle crush. We both changed schools and moved around. In and out of different relationships. We finally reconnected after 7 years. And when we first met up. I thought it was just going to be a small catch up on our lives and that’s it. But the chemistry was OUT OF THE ROOF. It lead to hours and hours just talking about everything. He is in the Navy in San Diego and I’m here in the Bay Area. I don’t like the idea of a long distance relationship but for him, iam confident to say I’m down to go down this path with him. Took me three times to get through my number 2 reading. I chose to leave currently. I think it's also about not enabling the other's unfair behaviour by carrying on in an unhappy relationship (for both people). Pile 2. To me it resonated so much it’s insane. I recently have been overthinking so much because of my past in relationships that I fear not communicating enough or making sure that we’re both on the same page that I fear he’ll leave because I didn’t do enough. Im the mouse in this scenario, he’s the fire ant. Funny enough we’re both fire sun, but my chart is ruled by fire and earth, his is fire and air.
Whenever I bring the topic of relationship, feelings or connections I can sense discomfort from his side. He’s not used to talking about his emotions and it kinda frustrates me not knowing his vision towards the relationship and I fear that I’m just getting too involved and later on he doesn’t want anything and leave. And I know this is mostly just me overthinking cause even though he doesn’t say it directly, he does show his care through actions. I did ask my psychologist for a couple session, he agreed to go (this was a month ago btw) so we’ll be having that session soon, this reading also confirms that I’ve been overthinking a lot and that this session could benefit the both of us.
