[Limbus Company] Blazing Passion (Philip Sinclair MD4H Solo)

Philip Sinclair is an extraordinarily powerful character, having one of the highest damage ceilings of any character there are very few enemies he can't defeat. Sanity management is his biggest issue but using good support passives is more than enough for him to not have to worry about it.

Manifested normally = manifested by your own strong feelings and mindset
Efflorescend = manifested with help from the golden bough strengthening your feelings and mindset

Roughly this comes from the first game and a small portion of chapter 4 spoilers
Roughly the extraction process can be bypassed from the need of a human soul via an abnormality and using that as the catalyst to create an ego
Limbus has a bit of new lore involving attachment requirements and a sin system but in theory besides the limiters the ego system should roughly be similar
Manifestation is rare due to the extreme mental weight that is required to use an ego and maintain a desire while also not being consumed by the extreme emotions

Small nitpick. Philip Sinclair also has 20% increase on sp gain from winning clashes after the first clash. Which is actually not as twice as effective as usual 10% but thrise because baseline sp recovery is 15 not 10. For example if he wins clash with two clashes he will gain 18 sp (plus 3 from base) while majority of IDs will gain 11 sp (plus 1 from base). It's extremly good in my opinion and underupreciated aspect of him. For example if he uses his base ego and hit heads on hit against a three coin skill he will gain 1 sp but if he hits tails on hit he will gain 21 sp with no support.

afaik plips S4 is the 2nd strongest attack available to sinners getting a whopping 136 raw with 6 wrath A res and full burn conditionals at 45 SP

@@peavuh Yeah it's bones, if you count wingbeat plips S4 is 3rd, wingbeat is 2nd and full powered bones is 1st
