    Great achievement! Excellent that you can use the restrictions of the health systems to gather data on outcomes of the various therapies. As a patient, it feels very arbitrary. It would be very interesting to also see what other lifestyle factors and gut bugs etc are contributing, rather than solely focusing on big pharma? Best wishes from Tasmania

      In reality, you're pretty much on your own with this condition. Sure, it's great to have these discussions. However, since Covid, the system has collapsed, I've gone from six monthly hospital appointments to 12 monthly, then to yearly telephone appointments, and now I've gone to ticking a few boxes on-line, sometimes you need to look into someone's eyes to understand what they are going through.
