Timer balls are better than ultra balls after 4 turns , and sleep is better than paralysis . I used a gallade with charm , false swipe , and hypnosis . Had it caught within 2 minutes

The hardest one for me to catch was Wo-Chien because first try I accidentally defeated it then had to wait a while to battle it again. So I went and catched Ting-Lu while I waited. Then I saved at the seal and it took me so long to catch Wo-Chien that it used all its moves and used Struggle but like then it defeated itself because it was at low health. Then I had to do it all over again and it took 3 whole retries to actually catch it. Chi-Yu was the easiest because all I did was get it at half health, paralyzed it and threw a heal ball at it and it worked first try. As we speak I just caught it and all I did was throw a quick ball at it and I caught it first try😂😂😂

I used 4 freeze drys on it along with 3 spore sleeps to put it to sleep and about 5 timer balls before I caught it, good guide and fun new Pokémon 💙

Pretty sure sleep is more powerful for catching pokemons than paralyzis so to maximize your catching odd do that. If you could sneak up on it (which you don't) that would also raise your catching efficiency

I used sevipers glare first round to paralyze then switched to Scyther used false swipe to get it to 1 hp then used a dusk ball caught it first throw (battled it at night)

Catching them is easy. Just fight them a little bit. Don’t need to be all red and don’t need to be stasis affected. (I just hit them once so they’re in the orange) then use your tank Pokémon to soak damage and throw regular poke balls at them a few times. (Took me maybe 6 or 7) after that use a time ball and you’ll get them easy
