Bro, a suggestion if you raise the textures to High and lower the rest, you don't lose fps... but it only works with the textures, try it

It looks completely different sometimes when I got bored I swap between 1920x1080 and 1680x1050 stretched, in stretched resolution everything it's wider which means rooms are wider and enemy hitbox are also wider it's not only visual preference it feels different to aim too
