The biggest race of the year is here and we've captured every minute of it. We started out testing in Plaster City with Ray Griffith, who took on the second half of this race. From there, we headed down to Mexico and enjoyed the local cuisine, while making sure we were prepped for Race Day.
We held a mock race, went to a party hosted by Yokohama, and prepped the truck. Race Day arrived and we made it a few hundred miles until we got delayed by a mechanical issue. Once we fixed that, it was smooth sailing to the driver change. We got to pit for Ray as he made his way down the second half of the Peninsula.
Our day ended after a terminal mechanical failure. Hopefully, you enjoy this behind-the-scenes look of a race team running the 2021 Baja 1000 Peninsula Run. From mock racing through the deserts of Baja to qualifying to race day, it was a hell of an experience and a fun ride.
