I suspect Ange is forming a pretty good idea of those players that have the bottle. Sadly some of the bright stars are proving to be seriously wanting. It's not just about the ludicrous money they earn which in itself gives them NO excuse for putting the proverbial shift in when required. It's not the tactics it's the weak backbone of some players IMO. When it gets tough you expect proper professionals to respond and not let their heads drop
Is Ange to blame ? He's responsible of course but his tactics are not that difficult to execute but the mental strength of some players is just not up to the job. I'm surprised at some players like Son, Maddison, Biss and Deki to keep a very basic level of performance up. Our midfield looks physically weak, panicky and I've seen over 70s walking football forward lines that are more threatening than ours. We just don't create enough chances or enough shots on goal.
Early days of course and summer buys and sales and then next season will tell but some of our players need to look at themselves in the mirror.

what really concerns me is that he is either denying that there's a problem or cannot solve it...
we are not asking for plan B. at least he should have plan A-1 / A-2 / A-3 etc....
Yes sure he changed a lot in terms of how we are playing, but How many meaningless crosses we have to make until he realizes it's not working....
and how many more games Sonny has to play as decoy when opponents knows exactly what we are doing? Unless he can figure out how to adjust his tactics to whatever situation we may face, I don't think he can last in the league....
