You made really good use of the primer. It makes a nice contrast to the layering.
It's satisfying to paint; tonight I spent 3 hours painting 1 out of 4 mini-guns for my Stormsurge. Layering takes a lot of time but the end result is very appealing to the eyes.

Amazing how painting without airbrush is the hard mode now.... for "pro" XD
brush is the hardest way... its the reason why i use 95% in my process :D
