Yes, she seems like it. But in person she is terrible. Very two faced and only wants your money without properly teaching. If you can imagine a whole class unhappy this was it. I have spoken to other students in other classes and they have indicated the SAME sentiments. She does great work don't get me wrong. - but to pay to learn from her or to hire her is another story.
