Somewhere I have seen that star,snowflake can have multi fact tables If star has multi fact tables then what's the difference between galaxy and star schemas

It's redundant to have both Orders and Order Items fact tables. Same business process, with one grain higher than the other. Should just have the lowest level granular table and roll up in your query to a higher grain if needed.
Well It may help speed up things for organizations that tracks millions or orders on a daily basis. In general I agree order items would serve the purpose
For order-detail will order table become a dimension? If can make dimension model such that order and its detail can be linked then dont need separate separete fact table for order and detail. please clarify

Here grain of a fact table mean using what main dimensions tables it is created.
