Aap needle plate ko hata kar dekho, agar fir bhi nahi mil rahi hai to bobbin case ko bhi hata do or hand wheel se dhire se Machine chala kar dekho, needle hogi to aap ko dikh jayegi. Nahi hai to aap machine ko use karo kou problem nahi hogi. OK.
What oil shld we use? I have no experience with tailoring and mom got me this machine last yr during lockdown since I had always wanted to learn tailoring. Studies, work n marriage dint allow me to learn it. Pls guide me. Fs 101 mai jayda features hai. Performance bhi achhi hai mujhe 4 saal ho gaye hai use karte huye. Per aap lene se pehle ye pata jaroor kar lena ki aapki city mai brother ka service center hai yan nahi. Company home service provider karti hai par service center hona chahiye city mai. OK

Mere pass black walle usha ke machine hai aur oos bhi neeche ka bakha theek naahi aata. Yeh ek common problem hai across all machines. Thats why wanted to know ke kya aap ne brother machine ke service karvaye hai kya?

I cleaned as per your advice..stitch came..there was some flint material and white cotton thread entrapped ..removed it and machine started working..but did not have to change the needle that came with the machine and fixed by the demo guy..don't know what no it is..how do I get to know the number..I am using the same on cotton fabrics as well which I use predominantely. Please advise.

@@ravinderkaur5519 Noted. Read up on their website to always calculate the usage duration and oil after 300hrs for heavy users and 500hrs for moderate users. Cleaning and de-linting is a must after each project. Thank you.
Machine mai bobbin ki jagha tissue paper rakho and pressure foot ke nihe bhi tissue paper rakh do. Tissue extra oil absorb kar lega. Shayad uske baad machine chal jaye

Dear, bobbin case check karo thik se laga hai yan nahi. Needle bhi check karo, kahi damage to nahi hai. Use bhi change karo.

You will have to clean and oil your machine. I will recommend you to use original organ needles.

Machine is not taking stitches..after it got cramped with thread underneath why so
Please do cleaning and oiling of machine and set bobbin case properly. Also change needle if required.
Needle from which pack to be used ..there are three needle packs that I can see which have come with the deck.
