Main difficulty is length and punishment. On average this tower is 75 minutes long and has tons of softlocks and instakills.

here's how you get it: you have to go to the physiological unsafe cave, then you have to grab a pickaxe on a gap right next to the minecart railway, then once you grab the pickaxe it has a 6 second timer on it, go and unlock tiaomafy tower on those 4 rocks next to tower of lunacy portal, and that's it
