Detling Heritage Transport Show 2024 - Vintage Buses Classic Cars & Vintage Vehicles seen in Detling

- Its another event done now everybody! It is certainly as truth has things but yes I certainly did get through another event in my event attending calendar for the 2024 calendar year as I went to the Detling Heritage Transport Show 2024 or the annual event itself is simply known as either the Heritage Transport Show or the South East Bus Festival so one could say this event was the Heritage Transport Show 2024 or the South East Bus Festival 2024 this recent event happening in recent times having taken place on Saturday 6th April 2024 and my goodness what a fun event it was as this year in 2024 was the first time I attended the Detling Transport event and I must say I certainly did thoroughly enjoy myself when happily attending this very event itself. It really is thanks to my best friend David Scott (David Scott/Wheels! Wheels! Wheels!/David's Collective Videography) for introducing this event as went to the Detling event back in 2021 and 2022 respectively and I am conceivably certain he visited Detling many years earlier before the 2020's decade came into fruition itself on a fairly conceivably certain surmised conclusion. But yes in this video there was me 'Foxy' happily watching and observing all the buses, classic cars and vintage vehicles that was to be seen within the located confines of the Detling Showground when representing and showing themselves at the Detling Heritage Transport Show/South East Bus Festival 2024 event as per when this annual occasional timing event took place. That was a great video Foxy. What a show !! There were so many vehicles there. I'm glad there are so many people who rescue and restore these old cars and buses so they can live on. It must be a labour of love for them.

I feel very much the same as yourself Maureen I in so many heightened directive bits and pieces am just extremely gladly happy that there are so many people out there who rescue, repair and restore these valuable old classic cars and vintage vehicles in restoration to their former glory 🙂. In many bits and pieces Maureen I am just so happy that there are these enchanting events so that the classic car owners and events organizers can represent those cars so that people can end up learning about them aswell as learning about their history and things really 🙂. I think its immensely prime important in my opinion Maureen that the legacy and history of classic cars is never lost and lives in for a lifetime to come so that future generations can end up learning all about them for intellectually their learning history developments and things which is of our utmost importance for the cognitive zones in our mindset 🙂. I know yes, hard luck about the weather as it was freezing cold and windy when I went there but there we have things. There has been some sunny days seen over in Brighton and Hove recently Adele but the weather is still cold 😕. I too love old buses aswell alongside certainly classic cars not to mention. What a fun day! I still can't get over how different your vehicles are from those in the US. The 1950s pick-up trucks are very similar to ours. The older Bentleys and Roadsters are classic and timeless; they would still look good on the road today. I have always been fascinated with your double-decker buses. I think they would make great RV conversions. I especially like the old Woody. It's a car with wood panels on the exterior. What a fun but chilly-looking day. Thank you for sharing, FOXY. GG Texas.

Its ok Ginger we all have different opinions regarding over foreign manufactured make of cars be it classic cars and modern day cars it is certainly not trouble whatsoever 🙂. I think so too I personally think any classic vintage car would look good on the roads today in the comparable way to how you yourself thinks the classic Bentleys and Roadsters would still look good on our roads today as of 2024 and all the rest of it. Thanks ever so much always and I agree with your sentiment Ginger 🙂. I do know of your fascination with the double decker buses that can be seen over in my home country Ginger as I understand either you or another friend of mine who lives in either the United States of America or Canada that double decker buses are seldom seen over in those two respective native countries as far as I am remotely certain from what I had hear from either one of you but never really thought about a double decker bus making a good RV conversion. I truly had so much fun looking at the classic cars and buses! I saw a DeLorean! My godfather had one and he would take us to the grocery store in it. Haha! I admit I adore convertibles and there were so many gorgeous ones to see! I wanted to get in one, wrap a scarf around my head and go for a ride! How wonderful Marine how so very wonderful learning you had fun looking at all of the different classic cars and buses seen at the Detling Heritage Transport Show I recently attended 🙂. I for one certainly had much fun as I attended it in real life but am hoping everybody who watches this very video of mine Marine equally has a lot of fun viewing this very video too 🙂. I am not terribly familiar of the DeLorean classic cars as of yet Marine but how nice that you managed to point one out for me when I was unaware that there was a DeLorean and at the same time not terribly familiar of its manufactured make up until now 😲. Your godfather had one and would take yourself and your brother to the grocery store in it? How very very interesting Marine 🙂. Thanks for sharing all of this with me as this is indeed most certainly very very interesting 🙂. Thanks for telling me of this Marine as I am certain you enjoyed riding in your late godfather's DeLorean classic car? 🙂. Interesting learning you really like convertibles as I like convertibles too but obviously have to be careful to get inside and out of one because of my height and weight but you would be fine since you are shorter than I am as is David as yourself and David are both 5 ft 4 (1.63 m) in height in which you did describe yourself as a self proclaimed shorty and I'm 5 ft 8 (1.73 m) in height and 154lbs or 11 stone or 70kg in weight alongside having size 8 (UK) or 9 (US) or EU 42 feet and have to be careful not to fall face first into the gearstick and floor peddles of a classic convertible and sometimes footrest is not always easy because of the sizing of my feet 😲. Well not just me but your dearly loved mother and your much loved brother given the fact they are both taller than that of my height and towering in comparison to your height the two of them would almost certainly have to be careful not to fall face first into the gearstick and floor peddles of a small classic convertible too! 😲. Never mind, I'm philosophical about this all the same really Marine.
