Hi, Congratulations for the video. Really excellent. What software do you suggest for the overlay track map and overlay telemetry, on iRacing? Thanks again for your videos!
Hi Francesco! I am currently using Racelabs - the subscription is around $3 - but there are some free options as well - iOverlay for example or Simhub overlays! I dont have a link for them but I think you ll easily find online. Thanks for the kind words!
thanks a lot for this method. i shy away from learning new maps and choose the series i race based on if I already know the tracks. but now i will try to stay with my favourite car and drive the tracks as they come. thank you very much again for this valuable guide!
@@GitGudRacing this is a bit offtopic but i'll ask anyway. just came back to iracing after a 1.5 year break. I am quite intimidated by the addition of rain. have you considered making a rain guide. topics like: what do you need to practice? which series have rain? what do you have to change i.e tires/setup etc
@harald2101 welcome back! Ive been working hard on the rain topic! I’ll release in the next week a short basics video on TH-cam and an in-depth rain tutorial in my sim racing course! I think a lot of people will find value in it. Stick around!
As a sim racer of upcoming 6 months this video is very helpful even though I don't have the tools of iracing this video shows me what I could implement into learning new tracks, keep up the good work!
Awesome video! For many of the B-Roll clips of the track I noticed there are the "edges" of the triple screen projection still on, which makes the image look a bit wonky! If it helps for the future, you can create a seperate graphics settings file that you can apply for Filming! and then switch back to your driving settings for racing :)
