Only way to make this fair for ftp is to have the ability to aquire what you need from rallies. Getting dust through dailies will take years, and frankly the big coiners already have enough buffs.
I have this for archers at level 3 only but I don't have enough archer treaties to unlock the breakthrough, when I put it on my preset it didn't mess anything up, I should have enough treaties in a day or two lol, not wanting to spend too much on it

It'll only mess up your preset if you have your preset setup for a March increase and don't have one on
