Hope that you are doing all right sir. I have two questions. 1. I have found that to open a selling account in Spoonflower, I need to buy something from them to verify my address. Is it true? How much does it cost? How can I skip or spend much less amount in this case? 2. Are there any other good sites where a pattern designer can sell her/his pattern? If there are some, would you please like to cover them? TIA. I am your new subscriber.
Thanks for subscribing. Answer to your first question is yes, it was required to buy a sample previously but, not now. This was done as part of quality check but, it's not required now as for quality check there's a system on platform you can check while submitting. Your second answer is surely I 'll discuss some other sites where you can sell pattern but, those are not pattern specific.
Simply because, it's like throwing away your high quality design and effort almost for free to anyone. See, is this good if you open two shop selling same product one with price 10 and other 1000? Specially, you know that your product deserve more. It's like abusing yourself.
I think you've already seen my other videos in this selling pattern series. Please! Check its playlist. I've shared how you can with AI generator as well as vector illustration.
I was creating random patterns but, now from about a month I'm getting into it more seriously. By the way it took me one month and half to get first sale. Platforms clearly says regular uploads get automated push in search. Specially, patternbank always gives priority to newly uploaded designs in search page. So, Now I slowly shifting my focus more on pattern design.
Thanks sir ❤
I want to know more about spoonflower
