I’ve had one of the most anxious couple of weeks, today was the worst because I couldn’t stop crying because I felt so anxious over other stuff that’s happening in my life. When you and Mark started doing that Q&A in the car. When Mark answered the first question, it helped me so much to know that I’m not alone with my anxiety. You have both helped me so much over the last couple of months/years, you’ve both brightened my mood, so once again thank you very much and love you both💗

My biggest fear is being rude/racist/eurocentric/transphobic/homophobic etc without realizing and hurting someone unintentionally and never fully realizing my privileges to the extent that I no longer use discriminating language or do discriminating things (subconsciously of course)
I'm only 8 mins in and I already love what you guys are chatting about. I'm 30 and definitely don't feel 30 (some say I don't look 30 but I seem to think otherwise lol). I know I'm young in spirit and heart and still love a lot of things my 25 self would love. It's soooo important to create the life YOU want to live for YOU. Zoe, you're one of the many people that inspire me every day to do my best, to be just ME and to love what I do in life. We were recommended Broadstairs in 2016 and we have been a few times and we love it. When the tide goes out there's a crab pool area which our 8yr old loved. It's lovely in summer, the little area of beach to the right allows dogs too!

I mean Liverpool is quite far away for you but you would not be short of stuff to do here. It's one of the friendliest cities in the world. Plus it's quite easy to get here on a train if you didn't want to dive the whole way.

I loved the deep conversation in the middle. I’ve had a child and lost all of my friends which seems to happen when you have a family. However this year I’ve said I want to focus on meeting people and doing things out of comfort zone Last Saturday I worked for a glitter stand that I wanted to decline because of anxiety but I did it 😁
