The stock market is getting close to all time highs again! A lot of the big tech stocks did very well and carried the market. GameStop and AMC are still going crazy as well. They both exploded in pre-market trading this morning and calmed down as the day went by. AMC even did a share offering yesterday, so keep an eye out for more offerings if prices stay inflated. There is crucial inflation data set to release tomorrow morning before the market opens. Inflation is a very hot topic considering the impact on the economy recently so be ready for the report! Those halts had me cursing at the screen all day today
2:00 GME ! This feels like another short squeeze and is just beginning with a Short interest of over 24% . Since option premiums are high i just bought a block of 100 shares at around 45 and sold a covered call strike of 50. if GME dips tomorrow i may close the call and sell a 55 strike short expiration . I expect the recent 36-38 resistance to become support so if it dips my call would offset the loss, and if it shoots up I keep the rich premium plus the 10 point run.
Why I never have a stock I own that is being tanked halted? Halting is BS and there will be retribution

I don't think there even are OOTM calls on AMC or GME at this point
The halts went gme and amc immediately back to back. ALL DAY. The percentages didn't add up to a legitimate halt. Clearly they wanted the stock to only trade "half a day" worth of trading. Money gets things done. Meanwhile FFIE moved all over for 300% and never got halted

Sure they're risky but if you buy low they do take time to drop in price so you have a lot of time to sell before you run into negative... not THAT risky
They halted on 10c movements. It’s disgusting.
I called Fidelity about the halts, and their only reason was because of trading volume. However, they didn’t halt it yesterday, and it reached 500 million volume.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit against brokers who did this.
brokers do not have the power to cause halts, im surpsied at how many people claim to have been trading for years and don't know that. The only entitites that can halt a stock are the compnay itself and the Exchange, in this case NYSE.
@@nadaniceguy- I agree with you (since the halts are across the board), but Fidelity reps stated Fidelity was halting the stock. No clue why they stated this.

They weren't diluting shares they were just selling them. Happens all the time.
Made a few small GME trades near 80 and AMC near 12.5 premarket, didn't short a lot, just for fun.

Averaged down to 5. Sold at 11 premarket.
Didn't want to make same mistake as I did with lunr. Bought in at 2.5. Had the chance to sell at 14. Held on too long and sold around 10. If you're up over 100% or even 500%, sell! Don't get greedy

seek professionals support not some very cool and semi-knowledgeable guy on TH-cam. Personally, I gather information on TH-cam but verify with Stacey Macken . If it doesn't align with her report, I avoid getting involved. This way i've been able to save a lot of money while making a lot of money
I am surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon some of her clients testimonies on CNBC news last week..
What impresses me most about Stacey Macken is how well she explains basic concept of winning before actually letting you use her trade signals. This goes a long way to ensure winning trades.
Her technical analysis is excellent and hid interpretation/projections of the market is so accurate I sometimes ask myself if she is human haha. Point is, Stacey is the perfect trader to follow for advise and daily signals.
Getting advice from financial advisors, like Stacey Macken , can be a smart move to reshape your portfolio. She has the expertise to help you make informed decisions.

Just like the government who floods our economy with more and more dollars, the market makers are flooding the market with counterfeit shares. If the commoners counterfeit money it’s a crime; market makers are granted an exception.
