Big brother, a U.S. Marine, is home as a Christmas surprise!

- In a surprise to most of the kids, the "big gift dad needed help moving in" was big brother Brandon, on home on leave from the Marine base in Okinawa! As one of 10 siblings in a close family, having him home was the best gift any of us could ask for!

We are in Iowa. It was a warm day and the kids were playing basketball, hence the shorts. Definitely not normal for winter! :)

Wow I am one of six, but this is a big family. No matter whenever one of us comes back home we are greeted just as warm as this. Always tears and big smiles. I hate getting older. This seems to happen less and less as the years go by.

Dem feels.I was all into them to till the brunette with the high boots on came in. Very distracting ;) Close marine buddy from church came home after a year in Iraq. Hes a hard dude...kept his damn glasses on the whole time because he didnt want his year old daughter to see him cry. Man...the feels again...ugh
