Please how can you tell IRCC why you didnt register your business.

What if you're going for a two year program but you've one year expenses in liquid cash (due to drastic exchange rates issues with Nigeria) and I demonstrated how the second year will be paid (a paid study leave, support from parent, and liquidated assets (in this case USDT assets). Application was submitted on July 5th but a rejection is anticipated already cos of the error in finances. Do you think it's best to have the whole 2 years in liquid cash?
Hlw brother I came in Canada on 8th January of 2023 as an international student from Bangladesh.. I got my visa through Trent University on HRM subject in bachelor for January 2023.. But i changed my Institution and moved to Seneca College on Business subject which is 2 years diploma for may intake 2023.. I did not go any single day in Trent University.. I sent mail at Trent University and took withdrawal and changed DLI. I saw that we can take 150 days study gap,, in my case study gap will be 121 untill my class start's in Seneca College But my question is will it affect my PGWP+PR??
