Tbh, Blood awakening 3 is the most accessible and deals the most DPS, BUT it’s slightly useless against Risen Kushala, Teostra, and Chameleos. Damage for all the 5 dual blades builds are high, but I’d recommend Blood Awakening since you get blood blight in Anomaly Investigations

But yeah you’re spot on with the chaotic head suggestion. However, I use Teo head since I got both strife and MoH on the Amatsu arms. For those who don’t have that, yeah Chaotic Head ftw
For Silver Slicers having more element with BA builds over the Gila (whatever its called), are you meaning as in on average over the hunt? Insofar as, in a BA build, both would be receiving the same buff the latter would still have the slight damage edge over the former - but if we're taking into account the increased lifesteal from the Silver Slashers, then they could feasibly keep up BA more frequently during any given hunt and therefore average out higher damage. I assume this is what you mean?
@@MadameBaked Assuming slots aren't a problem, and on maxed builds they aren't, Gila Ro Waga will be better. The heal increase from using a Primordial weapon is only 10%, so the Blood Awakening uptime isn't affected much. There will be a few hits at most where it will have the full buff but Gila Ro Waga doesn't, before a long period of both having it maxed. That 4 base element difference is also bigger than it seems, as it will get modified by all % boosts including Demon Mode (x1.35), MoH (x1.2), strife (x1.2) and dragon attack 4 (x1.2) multiplicatively. That means the 4 element is actually worth 9 element, permanently. Meanwhile, Blood Awakening's bonus gets applied *after* all these multipliers. @@MadameBaked "Assuming slots aren't a problem, and on maxed builds they aren't" I assumed the same level of blood rite in both cases. But even if we do take a case where you're dropping bloodrite from 2 to 1, Gila Ro Waga still wins. The Blood Awakening buff duration is reset when you go from minor blood awakening to major, so it's not a huge loss. I crunched some numbers under the assumption it would take 4s to heal 50hp w/ blood rite 2. The average element from blood awakening went from 24 to 21, a lot less than the 9 permanent element. Even if we assume the slowest possible time to still trigger the greater buff of Blood Awakening, taking just shy of 15s to heal 50hp, the average element increase would be 18, only 3 less than the same player with blood rite 2, which would get roughly 21.
