I dont think it was when he was champion but it was when he seemingly beat Rollins for the title and the did a Dusty finish and he just kinda stole the belt and he walked around the French Quarter he in New Orleans doing wild and zany things. But i saw him walk by as i was outside the bar i worked at smoking a cigarette. It was him and a producer. One thing is in real life he is actually really tall. I saw him walking around during Mania 30 and he is a pretty big guy which does not show at all on tv
