Agar Pyaz ki koachori khana hai pasand toh iss tarah se bane pyaaz ke kofte bhi zaoor pasand aayengey :)
Ingredients for Pyaz ka Kofta -
बेसन - ३/४ कप
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ + १ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​​​​
हींग - २ चुटकी + १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​ + तलने अनुसार​
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
अदरक - लहसुन पेस्ट - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई​
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - २, उबले हुए
हल्दी पाउडर - २ चुटकी
नीम्बू का सत्त - २ चुटकी
गरम मसाला - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - २, बारीक कटे हुए
चीनी - १ छोटा चम्मच​
मीठा सोडा - १ चुटकी

Gramflour - ¾ cup
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ¼ + 1 tsp
Salt - ½ + ½ tsp
Asafoetida - 2 pinch + ¼ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon + to deep fry
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Potato (medium size) - 2, boiled
Turmeric powder - 2 pinch
Citric Acid - 2 pinch
Garam Masala - ¼ tsp
Onion (medium size) - 2, finely chopped
Sugar - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
