Diescho Describes History of the Caprivi Strip

Prof. Joseph Diescho , a Namibian Intellectual and Political Scientist Conducts a Public Lecture in Katima Mulilo the Capital of the once troubled region Caprivi now re-named as Zambezi, he looks into the history of the Caprivi Strip , politics of secession and how government of the new Namibia should do to bring development into it.
