- This was a big video. Many of the mod units look spot-on as always, and reforged did a fine job as well. I feel like the neutral units more or less look pretty good in Reforged. Sure, there are things that are not a perfect match (unlike the mod) but its still pretty good nonetheless.
I'm more disappointed in the main races and heroes/units.

Sorry that it took soo long to upload and make. The editor of Reforged kept on crashing and crashing... then i lost power and that made me redo the video for the second time... There are probably some mistakes, but i can't keep making this video forever soo :P
(I'm just doing what Blizzard are doing, releasing a not so perfect product xD 🤣 CoughReforgedCough)
Part 6 should be fun, there are SOOO many new and interesting units. Also a lot of different units as well.

reforged dont work on my computer im sad but brand new games from 2019 work good.. blizzard fail much?
@@knightyknight8430 Yes, everyone has those problems inside the game. The chatrooms are full of complaining.
@@onholyservicebound1415 I can't the editor of Reforged does not want to add shadows. I turn the option on, shadows are gone, i turn it off and on again.. still gone. There is nothing i can do, Blizzard have to update it. They really screwed up with Reforged on so many levels. I do agree shadows are needed. The shadows in game look beautiful, its a shame i can't show them off.

(Well, for the most part, I like them! Still things I disagree with, however the color change really did wonders. Also, you put these things together in an entertaining way. Thank you for that.)
I do my best to make it less boring to watch and less dry :P I hate boring comparisons myself. No problem ! :)
The colors are much better now for sure, the last update mostly fixed the problem, not 100% yet but close.

The modder did a great job here too, some of em are models from WOW ported into wc3 and got modified, the reforged got so many new models too, but i just disappointed for what they did to the reforged, back to WC3 rebirth then, the modder effort really priceless, but when blizzact release the new EULA im not sure the modder will even care to make more custom map, because blizz act will own all of your hard work

The other problem I havent seen people point out is that because the new models are so detailed they need more animation in their emotion but everything is just so stiff.
Also the maps dont feel as detailed as the new models
i didn't realized those jungle stalkers have beards and mushrooms in the back.
They don't even in WoW, its just that 1 Naxramas boss (the corrupted wetland bog monster)
Speaking about whole situation with reforged, there were group of people who was responsible for warcraft 3 HD mode called Warcraft Reborn(from which i think screenshots of warcraft HD mod units), and they terminated their project when news about upcoming remaster came out, with words like "when autour themself take this job our work lost its meaning". And this guys understand meaning of the word "remaster" far more better, as i sad recently, as well as original style of the models. Ironic. Im very curios to know what they feel now.
Exactly why i show off their mod :) The mod maker even left some comments on my videos btw. Im glad to know him, he seems to know what us (the WC3 fans) want from a Remaster.
@@Starfals Persenaly i loved only few models, corrupted treants recived really great reimagening and infernal machine even if it lost some original shapes its design is awesome, despite other units from its class, contraption and juggernaut was remade very poorly. So it very sad, that some models actually had some potentional. They may keep classic 1 to 1 desing for some creeps, and introduce this alternative looks for creeps variations, what they actually did, but only second part of it.

I don't know... I mean, i like the reforged models, but until you show the "mod" models, I feel like those models are not only hq, but they're also stylized, keeping the "cartoony" vibe of Warcraft.
Yep, they are exactly how WC3 Remaster should look like. Thats why i show the mod, because its ACTUALLY really good and cartoony too.

Yea, i added the name of the mod as well during the video this time :P The mod maker himself was leaving comments in my last video, so i felt like letting people know about his mod even more now :P He deserves it.
His mod is VERY good and i love everything about it :) In case someone else asks again, the mod name is Rebirth!

I do my best to make videos fast, but the Reforged Editor is really buggy and it keeps on crashing every 10m. It's SUPER annoying because I'm trying to match everything and make it perfect. It literally took me 2 days of just matching backgrounds and units LOL!

Why? Idk. My computer is great. Should be no problem. It just doesnt slide it.
Strange.. it works on my old laptop and i get around 30-50 fps on low/med graphics. Its not bad at all, just freezes alot cuz its a buggy game... What is your CPU/GPU anyways?
Starfals my graphics card is a GTX 960... but I don’t think graphics are the problem. It just won’t let me change to reforged graphics for some reason. Its stuck on the old graphics.
Hmmmm I think you got the wrong game bud, reforged Is a separate game not a graphics update for the old one.

Seeing the WoW models, I can see that the reforged models are truly superior, imo the WoW graphics are to cartoonish.
Yep, very cartoonish and colorful for the most part, i do like how awesome reforged looks too. Its weird because i also love the cartoonish graphics of the old Warcraft/WoW and Heroes of the storm. I almost want 2 different Reforged games haha!

Well to be fair Warcraft's graphics have ALWAYS been cartoonish, but ofc Reforged models are way more detailed.
That being said that aside from the units models, otherwise Reforged clearly would have needed more development time.
Balnazzardi absolutely, it will most need some updates, like effects, the portraits, the lag spikes.

you forgot the other version of the reforged doom guard, you see the doom guard has 2 different version, one was a summonable, the other a creep, the one youve shown is the summonable one, the creep one has some body armor for a distinct look, but it is just the same model, exept one is not wearing a shirt LOL
Nahh, it wasn't part of the Felwood forests. I think that one was part of the outland tileset. But ye, i did saw and add that doom guard to my older video, the outland one i believe.
I add creeps land by land, not really type by type :P Sometimes i do that too, like in the demons only video
i really like the fact that they made the skeleton units move more like a skeleton, which should move like its shaking or having a hard time with keeping its body together cus they dont have dummy thic skin to keep their bones together, i like the wc III mod version but it moves a lot more like a human where the movement is smooth which i hate about the wc III mod version of the skeleton. and i dont know why but im really glad they kept the rockstar deathknight arthas, ROCK ON!

Lol, what? Its sad. When i tried to find it i realised that there is no more classic credits for reforged with starcraft "cutscene", and felt that something bad may happened with it, but i wasnt sure that is true. Deserved 0.6.
Well thats also funny, because half of maps use this model. Cuz it was standart and useful, despite being model created for funny easteregg.
