I myself did a two-year diploma in Ontario after high school and got permanent residency in express entry👍 bachelor degree is not the requirement in order to apply for the French draw
French draws will be for native French speakers only. They’re NOT supposed to be used by English speakers as a shortcut for PR. IRCC has made a wise move to exclude candidates with first language as English from being eligible for future French draws.
